We cant recommend this apartment enough. It is spacious and well designed, including two balconies. The kitchen is perfectly efficient and prepping our breakfast was a breeze. We appreciated how well equipped it is. Also, a variety of treats and snacks were provided, which made our arrival all the more welcoming. The bathroom is large and very functional. The living / dining area is comfortable, but with so many great things to see and do in Alba, we barely spent any time there other than breakfast. The place is easy to find and having a parking space really made it an easy base for exploring the countryside surrounding Alba. We were always happy to return to the apartment and is a very good value for the money.

The breakfast offered every morning with genuine products prepared by her (the cakes are a delight!) is much appreciated. The house is cozy, very clean and well equipped. We felt right at home! Mariarosa is a very attentive and caring host. There was a vase of fruit on the table in the apartment. The fridge has bottles of cold water and juice bottles. In hot weather it was a very timely manner. The apartment is large and completely stocked. Good for family with kids. The surroundings are very picturesque. Thank you for having.

I have to say that it was more of a support solution for me, but I fell in love with the place and the place itself. Melle is a fantastic village and Enrico's team was very friendly and accurate. I hope to get back to filling Melle's heart and belly, especially the latter, to try their beers and specialties.

A beautiful place… we arrived to a lovely house, a bunch of friendly smiles, and an invitation to join Adriano, his friends, and family for some great food and conversation over the course of our stay. The house is modern, spacious, and was a fantastic base to return to each evening after the adventures of the day. The cupboards were fully stocked on arrival which was a lovely surprise. As gorgeous as it is though, a stay in Goletta is so much more than a few nights in La Rosa. Adriano, the other residents of the village, and the friends who visit are so warm and welcoming you feel at home the moment you set foot in the place. Even the farm dogs, Spike and Whiskey were in on the act, dropping by every morning to greet our dog. The hamlet is surrounded by a working farm complete with animals, fruit trees, and the lushest of pastures which made for great walks in the evenings down to the river. If you get a chance to relax on the sun lounges on the grass opposite the house there are fantastic views across to the mountains on the other side of the valley. La Rosa is a fantastic place to stay made even more so by the people that you will meet and the friends you will make… and, if you are lucky enough to get the chance, the tiramisu is to die for… ;-)

Accommodation perfectly matching the images, the spaces are very well organized and complete with everything. We traveled with our son of a few months and also with the presence of the camping cot, provided by the host, we were very comfortable. Carmen was very kind and always available, she gave us all the useful information to reach the apartment and to check in and she also met us on the check-out time, in response to our request. The location of the apartment is great, inside the heart of Loano, a few meters from the beaches, the waterfront and the center. Special mention for the possibility of using a paid parking lot provided by the property, in my opinion a fundamental option in the summer to avoid driving around the city in search of a parking space for the car. We'll definitely be back to stay here.
