Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

georgia's apartment was perfect! everything is clean and tidy! Everywhere in the apartment are nice details in the interior, which makes the whole thing cozy! Location is an ideal base to the beach, several wineries and villages. Georgia is a very good host who makes you feel right at home, and helps you right away when you need something! We would book here again next time without hesitation!

Francesco's house is cozy and right in the center of Jesi. Walking around you can find everything, as well as excellent restaurants recommended directly by the host. The location of the house is great for getting around comfortably in the most touristy areas (Conero and Sirolo) while enjoying the tranquility of Jesi. I highly recommend it!!!

The accommodation and surroundings were almost nicer than in the pictures. The host was available at all times and immediately took care of all our concerns. A very pleasant person and absolutely recommended accommodation.

DON 'T BE SCARED OF THE FEW REVIEWS, it was a super 10 days and I recommend this location for the sea about 4 km from the beach and to visit the brands an hour by road from Urbino and Jesi and the caves of frasassi. Emanuele and his mother are very kind and welcomed us into their home with great warmth and gave us all the necessary information. Also very good pizzeria/burger shop 500 meters away you can walk. You can park your car in the courtyard of the house an important plus not to mention the air conditioning that was a must with the temperatures of August, also within a few kilometers there are all the supermarkets and a huge shopping center 10 km away. As for the beach, I recommend the free beach near the two triangular buildings, free parking almost always available with a small gravel and few people. All I have to say, thank you for everything and next time. Eleonora and Marco

Giampaolo and Sabrina were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay in Fano. The apartment is in immaculate condition, has fantastic amenities, including a high quality shower. Check in and check out were very easy. The room is situated right in the heart of Fano, and is walking distance to the train station. Highly recommended for your stay in Fano.

Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away by car. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is nearby in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there aren't many - were also very friendly.

This was my second stay here and I hope to stay here whenever possible during my visits to Italy. Senigallia is a lovely little seaside town that has not had the overwhelming crowds that a lot of seaside towns have. The apartment is immaculately clean and furnished with absolutely everything one could need! It isn't a large apartment, yet there is plentiful storage for luggage and supplies for any length of stay. The large beautiful terrace doubles the space and has wonderful views of the beach and sea. The real reason I love it so much though is because of Maria, Diego, and little Tommy. They are absolutely the best hosts I could ever imagine. You can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable and happy and to have the best stay possible. I'm so thankful for how welcoming they are and look forward to seeing them again as much if not more than I'm looking forward to my next Italian vacation!
