The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

The vacation home is located on a natural plot of about 4000m², which stretches from the shore meadows at the Hagen Wiek to the Zicker Alps. The vacation apartment is located in the light-flooded attic. Through a small hallway you reach two bedrooms, the bathroom and the main room with kitchen-living room, dining table, fireplace and seating set. Adjacent to this is a large balcony. The outdoor sauna makes even cold days a highlight. From 08/24 construction site neighbouring property.

In the suite you will also find a washing machine, soundproofed walls, fast WiFi, two flat-screen TVs with streaming services and a sound system with CD player, including Bluetooth streaming.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
