Bilel was a great host amd communicated very well. we didn't stay in his apartment as it was flooded. He organised for us to stay in the flat above, which was just as great. he took care of all that arrangements. - great apartment, we enjoyed as a family. - great views and location was perfect to walk everywhere. - close to good restaurants. - good walks around promenade. - heating was good for winter. - good security. Very helpful. Felt safe. Thanks to Bilel for making the trip really pleasant.

As a returning guest, This property is fantastic!!! The moment you enter you get that home feeling. Super clean and everything with a beautiful taste. An amazing experience! An unforgettable experience in every sense. A real find, Bibi is an incredible hostess, the place is beautiful and it's a peaceful oasis. A Tunisian experience in all its glory. Sofian is very caring and unstoppably kind, always extremely attentive. He and his wife are outstanding chefs. We ate the most delicious Tunisian cuisine. The house is simply splendid, impeccably clean. We only think of one thing, which is to go back. We have our heads full of unforgettable memories.

We were delighted to find the place exactly like the photos. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Everything is a short wall away (supermarkets, bakeries, the beach, High end restaurants and street food, etc…). The host is very friendly and attentive. He went the extra mile for any query we had.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

The apartment is very clean and has access to the swimming pool. It's also just two minutes from the sea, which is very convenient. The owner is very kind and welcoming. However, the only noticeable drawback is the water cut, which can be very inconvenient. Despite this issue, I would recommend this apartment

I am attaching to the other comments to testify to our stay: We stayed for two weeks. The value is unbeatable. The building / garden / pool are new and well kept. The photos of the presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will see when you arrive on site. There is no bad surprise. The location is ideal between the beach 10 min. on foot and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and easy travel between Sousse / Hergla. There is a good little cafe/restaurant as well as a small convenience store nearby if needed (10-15 min walk). For "big races" the car is preferred (Mall de Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small touches that for me make the difference compared to other offers of the same type. Always available, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you good tips to discover the region and advise you whatever the subject if you need it. As the human qualities are getting damaged in general these days, I really wanted to stress this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are searching for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from all-inclusive noisy hotels with an increased risk of disappointing you, in fact look no further. I join the other comments to attest to our stay: We stayed two weeks. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The building/ garden/ pool are new and very well maintained. The photos of presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will find when you arrive on site. There are no bad surprises. There is a good small café/restaurant and a small supermarket nearby (10-15 min. walk). For the "big shop", the car is preferred (Mall of Sousse). They are really beautiful people If you are looking for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from noisy all inclusive hotels with an increased risk of disappointing yourself, in fact look no further.

Very good stay at Rakia's place. The apartment is very well located and offers a splendid sea view! It is located close to the sea and Kantaoui port, close to several shops, restaurants, nautical bases. In addition, it offers access to several swimming pools which is a real plus. It is very well equipped, with all the essentials for everyday use. Air conditioning is a real plus, it makes the stay more enjoyable. It's simple, when you arrive at Rakia's you feel at home! We were hosted very well and as soon as we needed anything, Rakia's mom was there to inform us and help us. I would really recommend this place 1000%.

Alouane's house is a beautiful traditional house, perfect for breathing in the typical Tunisian atmosphere: around a central patio, where you can relax, the living room and the large rooms, each with bathroom. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.

The apartment is in a great location. You can see the sea from all three windows. In two minutes on foot you are on the main street where you can buy souvenirs. Restaurants and shops are right next to the apartment. So is the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay
