Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Very nice welcome, very good stay, the villa was clean and everything was available. Special mention for the lady who welcomed us very well, answered all our questions and gave good advice on activities, restaurants and places to visit and was always available for our requests. Thank you very much. We'll be back.

I was impressed by the safety of the property as I had broken the glass in my car at last night. Here there is an underground parking lot controlled by guards 24h//24h, a quiet and convenient place. Nice to have a good time on a family vacation

The apartment is lovely, airy and spacious. Plenty of room for 3-4 people and I was there for one month. It’s in a great location. Has a very friendly doorman, a short walk to the beach. I was very happy there. I work remotely and the WiFi was faultless. Thank you, great host.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have.
