Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

Merci Sofiane pour cette excellente semaine passée à ton domicile, le titre de ton séjour correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions. Calme, détente, verdure piscine que du bonheur... La piscine était nettoyée régulièrement, la maison était propre. Nous recommandons cette maison en espérant y revenir un jour. À très bientôt.

J'ai été ravie de ma location, parfait pour notre famille de 4. L'emplacement est paisible, accueillant, bien entretenu. Un véhicule est indispensable mais la plage est accessible à pied. Les gardiens et le personnel de ménage de la résidence sont très gentils. Nizar est un hôte très accueillant, réactif à la moindre demande et toujours joignable. Le bien est spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande vivement.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Accueil très agréable, très bon séjour la villa était propre et tout était à dispositions. Mention spéciale pour la dame qui nous a accueilli très bien, à répondu à toute nos questions et était de bon conseil sur les activités, restaurant et lieu à visiter et à toujours était a disposition a nos demandes. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk (4. Etg. inkl. Fahrstuhl) auf der Süd-/Westseite und hat ein riesigen Balkon mit toller Aussicht bis hin zum Meer. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig mit angegliederter, offener Küche. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine geräumige Sitzecke mit Schlafcouch ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. eines Backofens. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, separates Bad mit Dusche/Toilette. Zum Wohn-/Küchenbereich gibt es ein weiteres Bad mit Badewann/Toilette. Im Wohnzimmer sowie Schalfzimmer befindet sich je eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt sogar in allen Räumen eine separate Heizung (Etagenheizung mit Warmwasser). Das Bett ist groß und ich habe super geschlafen. Sämtliche Fenster inkl. Balkonzugang lassen sich elektrisch verdunkeln. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, findet private Parkplätze direkt vor und auch neben dem Gebäude. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen ist phänomenal! - Klare Empfehlung für alle! (*****)

Firstly Jebi is a very friendly and respectable person, very kind and helpful I booked the stay in Jebi's Stunning apartment for a week with my Husband and its such a luxurious apartment so relaxing and beautiful that I didn't want to leave, I enjoyed being able to cook on state of art modern gas cooker with fan assisted oven was lovely to have beautiful dining area to eat,everything in the photos was exactly how the apartment was set up to have breakfast on the balcony in the sun was a treat ,also the relaxing rainfall shower also had a separate power shower was so strong this apartment is a priceless for the beautiful memories we made and we will return again.

Mi ha colpito la sicurezza dell’alloggio in quanto nell’ alloggio scorso mi avevano rotto il vetro dell’auto alcuni ladri. Qui c’è un parcheggio sotterraneo controllato da delle guardie 24h//24h posto tranquillo e comodo. Bello per passare dei bei momenti in vacanza in famiglia

Très agréable appartement dans ce petit immeuble familial, parfaitement situé pour de belles balades sur le front de mer. La literie est top (je veux la même !). Le lieu est paisible. La communication avec Wided est simple, précise, et utile. La famille est très serviable et aux petits soins pour que votre expérience soit la meilleure possible.

Le logement de Dora et impeccable, le lieu et paisible à 10, 15 minutes de tout les endroits à visiter, nous avons facilement trouver des taxis sur la route principale à côté du logement. Vraiment cool. Merci Dora.

The apartment is lovely, airy and spacious. Plenty of room for 3-4 people and I was there for one month. It’s in a great location. Has a very friendly doorman, a short walk to the beach. I was very happy there. I work remotely and the WiFi was faultless. Thank you, great host.

One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have.
