Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

I had a wonderful stay here. The property is cosy, clean, well-decorated and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The terrace is lovely, the bed is comfy, the shower works perfectly, and the fly nets on the windows are a great touch. The street is peaceful with the sound of birds by day and crickets at night, and the neighbourhood feels very safe, even at night. Just a 2-minute walk away is a busy street with shops, cafés, fast food, and taxis. Check-in/out was smooth with a lockbox, which was super convenient during the day. The cleaning lady was warm and kind, even walking me to local shops. No WiFi, but you can buy cheap mobile data from an Orange store 10 minute walk away. Oussema is a fantastic host — always quick to reply and very helpful. Excellent value for money. I slept great every night and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Oussema!

Superbe séjour dans une magnifique villa ! La maison est spacieuse, très propre et offre un cadre exceptionnel avec son grand jardin rempli d'arbres fruitiers et sa grande piscine. Quel plaisir d’avoir un poulailler sur place et de pouvoir savourer des œufs frais chaque matin ! Un grand merci à notre hôte Chaker, qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a été très réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Hi guys It’s Sarah, just wanted to thank you all for a beautiful, peaceful and an amazing stay. The apartment is very clean and tidy, has a microwave, cooker, pots and pan, a table and chairs to eat your meals. There is two tvs one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom is lovely and tranquil with plenty of cupboards for ur clothes and an amazing bed to sleep. Out to the balcony has a lovely view a greenery and to the right is the peaceful sound of the beach, that is lovely and clean and a beautiful walk to watch sunset or sunrise. It’s in a very secured complex and for me this was a must and the security are very nice and protective as to who’s coming in and out, and as a young girl it was also important to me. The complex has so many pools for the summer and I cnt wait to honestly return asap thank you so much Until next time ❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marjorie , Nadia qui nous a accueillie était adorable et disponible dès que nous avions une interrogation. La piscine et les equipements extérieur pour notre fils était un vrai plus et la maison est décoré avec goût. Nous retournerons avec plaisir passées nos vacances dans votre jolie maison où nous avons également apprécié la localisation.

Amazing stay! The apartment was modern, stylish, and impeccably clean, fully equipped with all amenities for a comfortable visit. Perfect location near top attractions in Sousse, and Mr. Jerbi was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious and modern apartment, which is located in a new and secure building and a nice area. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. When we arrived, the tables were were set and small snacks, juice and chocolates were provided. The apartment was generously equipped with everything you need and offered all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The communication with the owner was very good, he was very friendly and replied quickly. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, we were welcomed by the host‘s father, who was also very kind and welcoming. The only small downsides were that it was a bit loud at times (traffic noise because the apartment is facing the street and is located right next to a mosque) and that the bathroom was a bit small. Other than that, it was the best apartment we ever stayed at in Sousse and we can highly recommend it!

Es war wie beschrieben und die Lage war ruhig. Nette Menschen und ein Kiosk der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist. Mohamed ist sehr nett und hat sofort geholfen als wir fragen hatten. Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

As a solo traveler I was a bit stressed out about travelling to Sousse, but Nejib took all that stress away. He was helpful and responsive the entire time and I felt like I could ask him anything and he would have an answer. There was even a time when I had trouble doing something and he video called me so he could show me how to do it! I really appreciate his commitment to his clients and I really enjoyed my stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!
