The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

All the benefits of being rural but only 2 minutes by car to Mosgiel New World and shops. 15 minutes drive to Dunedin airport Or Dunedin city. No street noise so a very peaceful place to stay. You have your own living space, bedroom, bathroom, car park and patio to relax outside. Sofa bed in the living area sleeps two. Great place to enjoy the stars at night with no street lights. I had a lovely couple of night’s at Olivia’s place while in Dunedin for work. It was an easy drive to the city - probably walkable in nice weather! Supermarket and cafes/restaurants are close. The studio is super clean and tidy and the bed very, very comfy!

Awesome relaxing home. We stayed over a colder long weekend, but the house was warm and cosy. The log burner was great. Fantastic place for a family to come and relax. Well supplied with appliances and provisions and Alvin is a great host. Can't wait to return in the warmer months.

Carlee's place is a must try! We were greeted by the animals and then a mini personalized welcome msg as we enter the cottage. The cottage is very clean and super comfortable. Heaters in the toilet and living room were very on point. Kept us warm and cozy! The bread, honey, fruit and breakfast options were a lovely bonus. You could see the sunrise from the rooms, and starry skies at night. Carlee was also incredibly responsive and helpful and so was her daughter who brought us around the farm to feed the animals. The animals were so adorable! We had a blast! We really could not recommend this spot more!
