Great choice if you need to work remotely/do something on laptop consistently. Also flat is really cozy, enjoyed it. And Yeshill is definitely great host: responsive, clear instructions, local recommendations, funny jokes

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Marko's beautiful apartment. We felt very welcome! Marko picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the area. The communication was friendly with quick responses. The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. Bus stop, ferry, shops, restaurants, and the beach were all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Всё было замечательно. Очень любезные и приятные хозяева. Всегда на связи, помогли со всеми вопросами. Квартира была очень чистая и пллностью соответствовала объявлению. Имелось всё необходимое. Все электроприборы в отличном состоянии. Пользоваться было одно удовольствие. До ближайшего пляжа всего несколько минут. В шаговой доступности супермаркеты. Wi-fi хороший, доступно несколько частот для подключения. Для обычных задач и посмотреть фильмы вполне хватает. Однако скорость иногда прыгает, и у моей жены при проведении онлайн конференций были проблемы. Так что если кому по работе нужен стабильный быстрый интернет, лучше приобрести местную тур. симкарту. В остальном всё просто супер. Настоятельно всем рекомендую! Если будем в Будве ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!!

красивый вид из окна. рассветы и закаты. хозяйка была дружелюбная и отзывчива. все вопросы решались быстро. хороший комфортный диван и матрас. отлично выспались и отдохнули. есть смарт тв Ютуб и Нетфликс. кухня удобная все работает. спасибо

I had a great stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It felt really comfortable and welcoming — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Lovorka pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

Como lugar. A pasos de la estación de bus. Y 30 min del centro caminando.

Casa con muchísimo encanto, ubicación excelente a dos minutos de la muralla y vistas espectaculares. La casa está en un estado impecable, moderna, estilosa y muy limpia. Dispone de todos los servicios necesarios aunque se hace imprescindible que añadan aire acondicionado en la habitación principal. Por la noche al estar cercana a la zona céntrica hay ruido de música, gente… no es fácil descansar a primeras horas de la noche. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento.

Emiljia und ihr Mann haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Da wir am Feiertag angereist sind und keine Geschäfte offen hatten, haben sie uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen. Ihr Mann hat uns ein paar Tips für die Gegend gegeben und uns beim einparken geholfen. Der Parkplatz in Dubrovnik ist Gold Wert...auch wenn fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar ist, so haben wir für unseren Mietwagen doch einen Platz vor der Haustür gehabt. Unserer Tochter haben die beiden Katzen sehr gut gefallen...rundum tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber. vielen Dank

Het is fijn verblijven in dit appartement, het is zeer ruim, voorzien van van alles, schoon en een lekker terras met tuintje Het is iets van de stad af, 15-20 min maar voor ons geen probleem Auto kan voor de deur We voelden ons snel thuis!

Spent 4 wonderful nights at Stefan’s Airbnb, we are a newly retired couple in our mid-60’s who travel mostly on public transport. The accommodation is well positioned, 20-25 minutes flat walk to town centre, bus station & supermarket are 10 minutes walk, the Tivat International airport is 7m taxi away. The hosts are special people, and we feel fortunate to have met them and shared a couple of hours of chatting to them on their patio one sunny evening. Thank you for making the last stop of a seven week holiday so enjoyable.

Marijana's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is only a short walk from the old town so nothing is lost by staying beyond the old walls. In fact you gain because the views from the apartment's terrace where we sat and had coffee each morning provide views that can't be had when you stay in the old town itself. The apartment is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. It's really private, very charming with a cottagey feel and doors that open to the terrace. The availability of a car park is a big plus. Marijana is a lovely - a very warm and genuine person who goes above and beyond for her guests. I very much enjoyed talking with her and learning about Dubrovnik. Hvala Marijana.

Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Das Meer ist toll und man kann zu jeder Zeit einfach reinspringen. Die Nachbarn sind meist Einheimische und machen dort mit ihren Familien Urlaub. Alle sehr nett und entspannt. Kinderlieb! Filip war immer erreichbar für uns und seine Mama ist ein Schatz. Sie brachte Gemüse, Krebse aus dem Meer zum Anschauen und fragte stets, ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

A great apartment to stay in Kotor, well located and clean.

Ljiljana is een supervriendelijke dame, reageert erg snel op gelijk welke vraag. Haar mama en zoon ontvangden ons erg hartelijk. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht, het is ruim en alles is voorhanden. De wandeling naar Tivat is niet ver maar wel stijl. Spijtig dat er immense wegenwerken zijn om Tivat te bereiken of naar ergens te gaan.. daardoor altijd red lang onderweg (maar ljiljana kan daar uiteraard niets aan doen en eens de werken gedaan zijn zal het super zijn)

Marija’ house is so beautiful, It is hidden in the alley, like a paradise, Marija and her husband decorated the yard very delicately. Before we checked in, they sent us a detailed check-in instruction video, and tried their best to meet our needs during our stay. This is a wonderful accommodation experience and we recommend here to everyone 💖

Just as described, the hot tub on the balcony was the whole reason we booked this accommodation and it did not disappoint! The location between idyllic towns was perfect, not too far from anything but quiet enough where it was peaceful and you had your own privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Polecam pobyt u Ivany, mieszkanie czyste, z małymi niedociągnięciami, ale nie zwracaliśmy na to większej uwagi. Widok z balkonu cudowny, zdecydowanie moglibyśmy tam wrócić 😊 Kontakt również był bardzo dobry, szybko i konkretnie. Doceniamy dostępność podstawowych produktów.

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The apartment is bigger than it looks in photos with two bathrooms, a lounge and a large terrace area by the shared pool. It was an amazing location 1 min walk from the sea front with lots of amazing restaurants. Our host was delightful and very helpful ! She was easy to get a hold of when we needed to get quotes for taxis etc! We had a really great stay!
