Areca Palm Hut is a modern bahay kubo

The outdoor area is spacious, house is cozy and the service is excellent—what you see is really what you get. The staff were friendly and accommodating to all our questions and needs. We enjoyed our stay; it was both relaxing and fun, especially for the kids who loved the pool and bonfire. One downside was that the pool, bonfire, and picnic table were a bit far from the house, which made it tiring to bring our stuff back and forth—especially during dinner and the bonfire. We also had to move indoors due to mosquitoes at the picnic area. It was a bit of a hassle due to the distance, but the food was delicious and worth it. We recommend adding chairs to the porch—it’s a nice spot to relax with coffee or drinks. We brought our own camping chairs and loved sitting there while enjoying the cool breeze. Lastly, we suggest making the Wi-Fi free or at least a one-time fee, as reconnecting and dealing with expired codes was a bit of a hassle. Overall, it was a great experience!
The entrance to Woodland Park Residence is shown, featuring a large sign amidst lush greenery. A motorcycle is parked nearby, with a partially visible road that leads into the residential area. The sky is partly cloudy, creating a calm atmosphere.

Danao City RM Home

Maureen's place is a gem in a location without a lot of options. My wife's family lives in Danao and we struggle every year trying to find decent & reasonably priced accomodations. The space was as described. Great view off the balcony. Living room had a small TV and a portable fan. It could get a little uncomfortable if you weren't used to the heat. The bedroom had Aircon and it worked fantastic. As a result, we spent most of our time in the bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Fridge worked great. Maureen does stock the space with drinking water which doesn't seem to be so common at BNBs in the Philippines this year. Bathroom was satisfactory and the hot water worked good. Water pressure wasn't so great but that's pretty normal and something were used to by now. Maureen was very responsive, going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, we were happy with and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Glamping Standard Non-Aircon B2

CherylRating, 5 stars24 months ago
Loved our experience in this place. A real stress reliever. The bonfire, the fantastic staff especially Pat and Frannie, and just staring at the surroundings and inhaling the fresh air will make your day. It is not advisable for seniors and those with knee issues since the stairs are a bit high. Don't expect that it will be super convenient, it is glamping ..the comfort room is steps away, no cp signal but the wifi is just fine in the tent. They have peso wifi. We are happy that the towels provided are clean and white. Meals are available, Since the listing has limited details, just message the host coz she will automatically reply. Overall, the property is great.

Cozy Room - Beach Front

HazelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Maria was incredibly responsive and accommodating even before our stay began. She answered all our questions about the place and other details, which made us feel welcome right away. It’s rare to find beachfront spots that are also pet friendly, so that was definitely a big plus for us. Nanay and Tatay were also around and easy to approach, which made everything so much more convenient. We didn’t have to leave the place just to get refreshments or make requests, which really helped us relax and enjoy our time. The only thing we hope they could improve on is the fly situation. There were quite a lot during the day, and unfortunately, they would often land on our food, even when we were eating. It took away from the experience a little, but aside from that, we really enjoyed our time there and would still love to come back.
