The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

The pedestrian street is just one block away, same goes for the "Central [Cathedral] Park", coffee, pubs, dinner places, etc. You're going to have an amazing stay because: - there is an amazing view from the window - you can't hear the neighbors - we're always available for assistance [yes, always!]
