Townhome vacation rentals in Moka District

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The property and the entire estate complex, in which the property is situated, is a delight. Mr. Roelf provided with very specific instructions for checking in and provided with necessary information. The amenities provided by him were amazing, including board games and tennis rackets and scooters to commute within the estate complex. It has a great tennis court. Now, specifically the situation of the property is such that it's overlooking the mountains and estate itself serves as a private yacht parking for individual houses. The view is beautiful even when you're simply relaxing at the private deck. The location point could serve as a central point for going either way to Tamarin,Le Morne,Casela Park,Seven Colored earth and Grand Bassin. There are a couple of supermarkets within 3 kms range. The only missing thing was a water purifier for drinking water at the property. Rest all was great. Overall, a wonderful experience

Debra has been a fantastic host and very communicative. Her villa at La Balise is gorgeous and felt like home. Nothing really to complain about the villa and location. Only negative is the cleaning maid is inconsistent and doesn’t really clean well and toilet paper doesn’t get replenished. Overall a nice and pleasant stay and would recommend.

Fantastic island, great villa and a host to dream of. Prochi was just amazing and helped us feel like home. She advised us on essential topics like where to get mobile internet, food, rent a car etc. She was always present in the background without being intrusive. The spacious 3-storeys villa is situated in a very nice neighborhood just 5mins walk away from the best beach on the island. Every room has its own bathroom/wc, big plus 👍🏼. For those who want to explore the island on their own there are quite a few rent-a-car dealers right in the neighborhood. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Mauritius. The accommodation is well equipped. The location is perfect for visiting the east and north coast. The views are beautiful. There are other apartments nearby but we have our privacy and it is very quiet. the birdsong and the sound of the waves on the terrace in addition to the sea view... it's fantastic. There is indeed direct access to the beach. great for walks but at the time we were there (at the end of October 2024), I must point out that there was plenty of green algae on the beach, sometimes over a height of 20cm making it very difficult to access the water... It's really a shame that this beach is not cleaned... on the other hand no problem for swimming on the public beaches on each side 2 minutes or 5 minutes by car. And let's point out the pool in the center of the residence with also a beautiful view and no seaweed.

Robert and his wife are people with golden hearts. Staying in their charming and spotless clean home was a unique experience for me because they treated me like an old friend. I feel so greatful to meet such nice people. While being there for everything I needed, my privacy was respected by them. I wish more hosts were like them because they are role models of excellent hosts. I got a perfect room, breakfast of my choice every morning, and even dinner on my last night. I bet you can't find it in many places. This listing definitely deserves the tag 'Guest favorite'.

My friend and I were in a flake of flak for the first time. It was unclear a lot. The hosts helped out everything. We drove almost the entire island on excursions and our stay was convenient in this central location. We slept well and rested. This is a quiet place with a good beach and a swimming pool in the apartment. It was not bad to cook breakfast(had everything you need) and the hosts left us a coffee set before the trip) And around, eating in restaurants is generally delicious!
