The ground floor consist of the master bedroom with a bathroom annexed to it, a small living area, the main living and dinning room, the veranda where you may enjoy a nice sundowner and a nice kitchen. The first floor consist of one bedroom and a bathroom. The place is situated in a quiet secured area, with an electric gate, a garage if you rent a car and a small garden.
