Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Raeküla tervise- ja suusarajad asuvad linnulennult 2 km kaugusel, pakkudes suurepäraseid sportimisvõimalusi igal aastaajal. Mõnesaja meetri kaugusel ootavad seiklushimulisi külalisi männimetsas asuvad krossi- ja ATV rajad ning discgolfi rada. Our luxurious apartment is newly built, located in the heart of Viljandi's Old Town. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed) for peaceful sleep. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking. Lake Viljandi is just a peaceful walk away. Most restaurants and cafe's are within 10 minute walking distance. High chair, children's cutlery, children's potty, small bathtub, toys, 2 baby cribs are all available on request.

Viljandi is known for its colorful old wooden houses and fairy tale like vibe and this apartment allows you to have the full experience of what Viljandi has to offer. The spacious two bedroom apartment has renovated original wooden floors, light overall interior and lots of colors. The apartment is located next to Valuoja park (valley) and has a great view on the park. The location is peaceful and quite, but at the same time walking distance away from everything.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.
