Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

A sandbox and playhouse are available for our little guests. In the farm garden, chickens, ducks and rabbits can be admired.

There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk and seating in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. It's an animal-free and non-smoking apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house without reservation.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. We warmly welcome you to our alpaca farm. Our large apartment can accommodate up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms. For a good night's sleep, there are Alpine carpet blankets and pine pillows.
