The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

All necessary booking information was provided to us after booking, so we could easily forward it to our employee. Communication in advance with the host was always friendly and purposeful. We are happy to book this place again when needed!

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment. We had a few small stumbling blocks that were removed with the help of Cornelia. Apartment is corresponding to the description. It looks a little "cool" because of the tiles. The bedroom is cozy.

The property is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking a field and trees. It is very quiet and you can start nice walks right outside the front door. The accommodation has everything you need for a few relaxing days in the Westerwald and by car you have many great destinations to choose from. There was the possibility to get a high chair and a crib provided, which was very helpful for our trip with a toddler.

We used the spacious apartment as a base for our excursions to the wild Westerwald and also felt very comfortable. The beautiful nature in the area invites you to hike, there is much to discover. The beautiful old towns in the Westerwald are also a worthwhile destination. The contact with our hosts was very warm, thank you so much for the hospitality.

A magnificent apartment. The windows in the living room are large with fantastic views. Everything very fashionably furnished, everything you need is present. A beautiful terrace, very nice to relax and eat outside. A warm welcome with a personal message and some treats. Apartment is high and is a large complex. Inside, you won't notice anything. We received very nice tips from Linda's, especially the Langhalsweg was very beautiful, as well as the Markburgkasteel. We have really enjoyed our stay!!

The modern two-story building features a light exterior with dark accents. Balconies are visible on both levels, framed by decorative railings. A well-maintained garden and driveway complement the entrance. Bright blue skies and a few clouds create an inviting atmosphere surrounding the property.
