We had 2 very relaxing nights in the accommodation. The place is cozy and lovingly designed, everything has really been thought of, even shampoo for babies was available. The kitchen is very well equipped and invites you to Cooking in. The surroundings are a dream, very quiet, ideal for unwinding or as a family trip. You have a lake right outside the door with a great jetty. The accommodation is also located on a peninsula, a little secluded (restaurants or supermarket can be found in 20 minutes by car) otherwise really nice. Will be happy to come back.

Thank you very much for responding quickly to the reservation, at the last moment I was in this city and it was necessary to check in urgently. Gabriella responded instantly and did everything possible so that we could check in as quickly as possible. The apartment is located in a great location , the apartment was very warm and cozy. Very nice and modern apartment. Clean, with everything you could required and at walkable distance from the city center. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but seeing the apartment and the city it would have been nice to stay longer. Communication with Nicoleta was good, she was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

The house is located on the outskirts of the city, ideal for those passing through or wanting to avoid city traffic. You can park in a safe, closed yard, which is a big advantage; you don't have to unpack all your luggage, it's a perfect solution to avoid the parking misery prevailing in the city center; your car is safe here. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a huge inner courtyard and an upstairs terrace for morning coffee and evening wine (while enjoying beautiful sunsets). Everything is perfectly clean. It is also perfect for families, one room has a double bed and the other has a single bed. Each room has a TV; there is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge in the hallway and a coffee machine (capsule ready) which is great for the morning. The CBA store, where you can shop, is a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are helpful and very nice who speak very good English; we are glad to have met them! Thanks for everything!

There are not enough stars that can show how great is this house. Beautiful, very clean, quiet location, everything you need in the house. The host was amazing. The apartment is very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Beds very comfortable, kitchen with all kinds of utensils available, large kitchen. The location is very good, directly in the center, shopping nearby as well as restaurants. Free parking directly on the street. Denisa was always available, we could check out later. Check-in/out was very easy. We were very pleased with the apartment. We would always book again. Thank you Denisa

The Matula house is located in a very nice natural environment on the shore of Holt-Samos. A huge orchard belongs to the garden. The host is very attentive, we became friends in a direct, short time.
