Ideally situated: - less than a 10-min walk to the market and shops - less than a 10-min walk to the beaches - 100 meters from a supermarket - 15 min walk to the port and its must-see oyster shacks converted into artists' studios - 15 min walk to the Citadel of Eleanor of Aquitaine - at the foot of the cycle paths.

Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Note that there is no dishwasher.

It includes a beautiful living space: living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with hairdryer. Linens and towels are provided.

At the entrance to Saint-Trojan, this house on its enclosed 1300 m² plot frequented by birds overlooks the oyster beds and the state forest. Its central location between Royan and La Rochelle makes it easy to visit all the riches of the department such as the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix, the cities of Châtelaillon, Fouras, Rochefort, Saintes or to simply enjoy the Charente coast (Ronce-les-Bains, La Palmyre...)
