Great accommodation

The apartment is great and very well located. The surroundings are excellent for those traveling with a dog, to be able to stroll peacefully through the squares and the Sion neighborhood. Everything was extremely clean and brand new. Comfortable bed and pillows. Although it is located on a busy avenue, the apartment faces the back, so it is very quiet. Everything was excellent, the amount paid was very worth it.

We stayed at Marina's apartment in January 2025. There were four adults. We loved the apartment, super well decorated, complete, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen and laundry area. Everything is spacious, airy, pleasant. Communication with Marina was great. We had everything we needed in the apartment and during our stay. Good location in a residential neighborhood, well wooded and with shops nearby. We will recommend it and would love to return to the apartment!

The place is very cozy. Beautiful, well ventilated, well equipped, well lit. I spent amazing days in BH and much of it is due to the apartment where I arrived to rest. Soft, fragrant bed and pillows. Same for towels. Since I made the reservation, Brunna was helpful. He always responded quickly!

Very accessible and Safe locale, very comfortable apartment, I had to stay for a few days, due to surgery, and he answered me perfectly. The host, Mr. Celso is very thoughtful and helpful. If I were to stay again, I would definitely stay.

A unique opportunity to stay right in the midst of Savassi's hustle and bustle, but with plenty of privacy. We visited during Carnival and went to several blocks, bars and restaurants on foot. The property is a great option for up to two people to stay in comfort. If you go by car, know that access to the garage requires a little attention, especially in the climbs, when you have a slightly larger car (we were with a HB20 sedan, and we need a little attention in the first accesses, but then we get the hang of it, always accessing the ramps of the three garage levels - the space of the property is in the G3). The gatekeepers are very attentive and helped a lot at check-in/check-out and with nearby signs. For sure, we'll be staying with Juliana on upcoming visits to BH.

Vinicius was amazing to us. We needed to arrive completely after hours and he was super helpful to receive us. Everything arranged with great care, relevant information, useful contacts, a little gift! Everything was impeccable, we'll be back as soon as we can!

Very nice house, great condominium for hiking and with a common space and pools of natural waters. I recommend it to those who wish to leave BH to enjoy a nature!

They were days of great peace and tranquility in this house. We were myself, my husband, our baby daughter and our little dog! The space was quiet, all surrounded and very safe. Our puppy loved the lake, if she could, she would be swimming all day. Our daughter liked the green area and the hydro. Very good house to disconnect from city life and enjoy doing nothing! Danielle's house is spectacular, super comfortable, very complete. The outer space is beautiful, lots of nature, impeccable garden. Even with rain we love our stay. It was days of much rest, card games made available by Danielle. The TV room screen is a lot of show, it's home cinema. We highly recommend, we even intend to return as soon as possible.

Grandpa Paulo was a great host. Since check in, always very polite and helpful. The house is excellent and surprised us positively! In the outdoor area there is a heated pool and a SPA with hydromassage aquecidissima. The children enjoyed a lot, even though they didn't have a lot of sunshine. It has a stretchy bed on the lawn that had a lot of fun. Both the outside and the indoor area have space to cook and hold meals. There are four suites, two upstairs and two downstairs. The house has two social baths, one next to the TV room and another in the outside area. The view is wonderful and Grandpa Paulo was very helpful and friendly. We went to New Year's and Grandpa Paulo pampered us with a sparkling wine. The house with clean towels and bed linens. Everything is very well organized and clean! We left already wanting to schedule our next trip! We like it so much!
