Modern cabin with views in Stølsheimen

The cabin is newly built in 2019 and is located in the wonderful mountain area Stølsheimen. You have to have a car to access the cabin. You have to walk up a hill from the parking lot. The view from the cabin is wonderful and we have a big terracewith outside furniture so you can enjoy a meal or a drink at sunset. The cabin is an all year round cabin where you can ski during winter. There is also a ski lift a few minutes drive from the cabin. It’s mostly open on the weekends and public holidays. All year the mountains in the area are a wonderful place to go hiking! You can swim, camp and go fishing in the lakes. We have different toys both for outside and inside use. The cabin is well equipped with 4 bedrooms, kitchen and seating for 8. We have wifi, Apple TV, loudspeakers that you can connect your phone to. The bathroom has a double sink, washing machine, bathtub and a separate shower. We have linen and towels. We appreciate if you can wash the linen end towels and leave it to dry when you leave. The cabin is in the mountains, so no cleaners around. We have seen northern lights in January-march.

The cabin is perfect for 2 people, but the sofa bed makes it possible for 4 people. It will be cramped. Located in a great nature area offgrid with little tourism. Great skiing and hiking opportunities. approx. 1000m and walk from the road. Great opportunities for small game hunting. Without running water and electricity. The cabin is located 450 meters above sea level. Close to nature, mountains and water. Here you can pick berries and mushrooms in the fall, enjoy many nice trips, both summer and winter. It is very family friendly and there are many animals to greet! In summer there are several nice swimming areas nearby. The cabin can accommodate 10 people with 3 bedrooms, 4 double beds. Bed linen is required to be used, if you do not bring your own, it can be ordered at an additional cost. NOK 150 per person The hot tub costs NOK 750 in addition, and must be booked in advance. Small house with 3 bedrooms overlooking mountains and large waterfalls. The house is 200 meters from the sea, in the peaceful countryside of Eidsland. It takes 90 minutes to drive to Bergen. To Voss it takes 1 hour to drive. The place offers great nature and nice hiking trails in forests and mountains. By the sea you can fish or swim. Fishing licenses must be purchased when fishing in rivers or water. A kayak and 2 paddleboards are available for free use. Boat rental is available in the area. Bed linen is included. Wi-Fi & Chromecast. Not TV channels.

Possibility to drive up and unload goods in summer, parking at Stordalen Fjellstue. Small road up to the cabin (as shown in the picture). In winter you have to walk up from Stordalen Fjellstue, this takes about 10 minutes.

Stordalen is the gateway to Stølsheimen and has many great hiking opportunities. Excellent tours up to 1000 meters above sea level nearby. Year-round road from E39 Matre Stordalen ski resort and prepared ski slopes. Unique location between Førde and Bergen makes it easily accessible. Maybe the perfect meeting place for the family?

It is about 8 min drive to Mo i Modalen where there is the possibility of swimming both in the pool and beach. There is also a café/restaurant, bowling alley. There is Coop Xtra, charging stations and a gas station. It is about 30 min drive to Gullbrå, which is a popular ski area in winter. It is 1h10min drive to Voss city center and 1h30 to Bergen.
