This 3 BHK private farmhouse is located 2 minutes off Pune-Bangalore National Highway-48 between Kittur and Dharwad. It is an absolute paradise for guests needing a travel break, for family vacations, for nature enjoyment or R&R. The property has a huge garden in front with lots of fruit trees and plants, has a spacious hall, a well equipped kitchen, a huge gathering room and 3 lovely bedrooms with attached bathrooms. This was a great place to stay, I had a complication come up and needed a place to stay for a couple nights- this place was good. Exactly as described, clean and friendly hosts- they even helped me out with food, they went above and beyond I appreciate all these did for me so much- thanks so much!

We truly had a fantastic stay at Stan’s place! It was exactly as shown in the pictures—actually, even better in person. The space was beautifully set up, extremely well-organized, and incredibly convenient. Every switch was clearly labeled, making it super easy to use without any confusion. All the amenities listed were perfectly provided, just as promised. The atmosphere was warm and filled with positive, wholesome vibes, making it an ideal retreat. Stan was an absolute delight—so kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially during check-in and whenever we had a question. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—the cool breeze made it such a calming spot to unwind. And of course, the overall aesthetic and cleanliness of the home made it even more special. Mom & Pop Home Stay- Room B

Located off the Belgaum Goa highway, this is a peaceful location just a few minutes away from Belagavi city. The hosts are a couple who have developed this very beautiful property with all their heart and they treat you like family. We were given a tour of the farm and uncle explained about the different trees, fruits and flowers. There are two lovely rooms having their own personal attached washrooms and a common well fenced garden. Our dogs had lots of fun playing around in the garden and walking around the farm. This is one of the few homestays where you are actually made to feel at home - whether it's the people, the food or the dining table conversations. We would love to visit this agaín.
