The place is located inside a family compound, short walk from the main street of the city; near convenience store/supermarket, known fast-food chains, pharmacies, banks & St. Anthony of Padua Cathedral. The well ventilated room is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey house. The bathroom consists of a working toilet bowl with bidet spray, and a faucet with running water. No shower or heater. The room is quiet, basic, but functional for a provincial island living.

The sleeping area features two beds with textured beige bedding, framed by wooden headboards with vertical slats. Three decorative wall art pieces in gold and blue are displayed above the beds, providing a subtle artistic touch. Soft lighting illuminates the space.
