Villa vacation rentals in Moalboal

We stayed at this cute and cozy villa as a couple, though it’s definitely spacious enough for four. It was such a breath of fresh air—literally! The villa is close to the beach, which, while pretty ordinary, gives you the option to take a dip or just enjoy the sea breeze. The villa itself was really nice, clean, and well-maintained. The caretaker was super accommodating and made us feel right at home. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, but honestly, we didn’t come here for that. It was the perfect spot for a quiet, unplugged getaway outside the city. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking to relax and reset in a peaceful space.

Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in with the best host too. John and Reagan are beyond kind and helpful as well as respectful of your space. The place is a dream come true, so comfortable with everything you need and waking up to the incredible water and being able to get in from the house is such an honour. There was 4 of us and we had plenty of space. They organised scooters to be delivered to the property when we checked in which made everything so easy. I probably wouldn’t want to stay here without a scooter as it’s quite isolated. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing place and wonderful staff. Response was very prompt and clear. All the staff including the drivers were very kind and accommodating. The property also had so much activities to do we couldn't fit it all in one day. Would surely love to come back again another time!

Great place if you need a quiet and relaxing place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city! It’s only 6 minutes away from the main road, has a bit of a steep entrance but hey it’s a mountain resort after all. Cyril is very responsive and all the staff were very nice during our stay. Went here with 8 of my family members and all of them enjoyed the view and accommodation. We stayed for 1 night and would have stayed a little bit longer but we had a tight schedule for our trip up south. Well recommended and will definitely be coming back next time!

A wonderful stay and the host went above and beyond staying up until midnight to greet us when our flight was delayed, arranging breakfasts, tours, transfers and even escorting us to our next accommodation in case the driver was unsure of its location. Thank you very much for our happy memories! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay.

Die Anlage ist wunderbar, erstmal drinnen, sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Hausmeister ist total nett, hilft bei Allem. Auch Jorenda ist immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen in Jorendas B&B zu gehen. Von dort aus konnte man direkt mit den Schnorchelsachen in den Sardinenrun eintauchen. Top Lage und es gab sehr viele Schildkröten. Wunderschön, wie kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful location

Wow, what an amazing location! You MUST get Junie to take you swimming with the whalesharks, we got there before all the tourists lined up on the beach and we swam exclusively with the whalesharks. As we sailed away all the other tourists were still sitting on the beach waiting. There are turtles swimming below the villa, Ann and her family (especially Maureen) are amazing, the house is lovely. Fay told us we wouldn’t want to leave and she was right! Make sure to take plenty of cash. The closest ATM is in Oslob and wasn’t working when we went so we had to go to the next town. As a guide for $, for a family of 4: ( all prices in pesos) - 5000 each way car trip from Cebu - 1000 per person to swim with whalesharks - 3500 for 4 hours on Junies boat (collect at villa, whalesharks, sand bar, snorkelling) + tip - trip to waterfalls, car 1500, entry 60 pp, water shoe hire (a must) 50 pp, tip for guides 300+ each (often 2 guides) - meals 200 - 350 per main (breakfast is included at the villa) - soft drink 50 - beer 70 -trip into Oslob 800 return - tip at Villa Enjoy!

Logement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Fay est très disponible et sympathique, ainsi que les personnes sur site, qui nous ont beaucoup aidé pour appeler un taxi ou un tricycle, pour l'organisation de notre excursion à Oslob et pour la commande de repas. Nous avons également mangé un dîner sur place qui était excellent. Les petits déjeuners sont inclus et copieux.

Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Nice pool in the yard. Plenty of room. Felt very good and secured. Staff was helpful and made everything so we could feel as comfortable as possible. Nice balconies.:) Highly recommended if you are in a region!:)

VILLA ON A CLIFF is a large resort with beautiful views of the ocean & surrounding islands, One of the highlights of the property as shown in the pictures is the infinity pool that hangs over the edge of the property above the ocean. Its a wonderful location to just hangout and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves crash against the rocks beneath, The villia is well suited for large groups because of the available space, additional villas, Its a private location, no neighbors on either side. Fay and hosts Leneh & Ricard were extremely responsive and helpful from our first contact, Fay facilitate a change in our arrivel date without any hassle. I had asked some help for Kay to arrange a private dinner date for my wife and I on our anniversary, So Kay & Leneh arranged a dinner reservation at a bueatiful local restaurant, where our table was located in a tree house, amazing experience. Thank you Fay, Leneh, Ricard for all the wonderful memories, I Highly recommend this resort.

Pros: Accomodating staff. The place is clean and peaceful. Can accommodate large group/big family. Enough parking space for multiple vehicles. Very responsive host. Cons: The place is slightly far from the main road. Not literally beachfront, you have to walk around 5 mins to reach the beach. No nearby convenience store when you need something to buy.
