Tim and his Franco-Japanese family welcome you to one of their sunny studios, comfortable for 2 people. The view overlooks our small garden with an olive tree and vines. It is right in the city center of Kokubu. The building belongs to us, in which our "Café Le Parisien" is located, a hairdressing salon and a clothing store. Lively neighborhood with a church, restaurants and shops. Mountains, parks, hot springs and beaches nearby. The train station is a 15-min walk away. Airport at 25 min by car

If you're visiting Aoshima with family, this is the place to stay! Just 15 minutes from Miyazaki Airport, this house in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing stay. It has toys, a camping-themed playroom, and a spacious garden—great for families with kids. Enjoy seaside walks, stargazing, and a calm escape from the city. The beach is 10 minutes away on foot, with surf spots and golf nearby. Free parking for two cars. We’d love for you to stay at least 3 nights to enjoy Aoshima’s charm.

Villa Ocean Blue. Ocean & Mountain Views 110sqm

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.

何よりも静か。そして、たくさんの自然に囲まれ隠れ家的。蛍も見れます。流れ星も見えます。 一棟貸しで、他のお客様もいないので気兼ねなく、ファミリーでもくつろげます。オーナー家族には保育園看護師もいます。子供達もいます。 お座敷で子供が遊んで、大人はソファでゆっくりしたり、少しなら敷地内でも遊べます。 近くには釣りができる川や、温泉もあります。そして、自転車で15分ほどで行ける海もあります。 サーフボードレンタル、自転車レンタル(1人で宿泊の場合は無料) 釣り竿レンタル、もちろん、季節問わずBBQ(有料)も出来ます。火器などの調理含めBBQなどは冷蔵冷凍庫完備の屋内BBQ施設での利用(一部有料)となります。他にも、敷地内にeat barが併設しており、お食事やBARとしての利用も出来ます。雨の日でも軽くトレーニングができる設備があります。 最大８人(子供込み＊大人ですと窮屈です。)まで宿泊可能です。 ペット可。1匹5000円(追加につき+2000円) また、宿泊者のみ割引の料理コースがeat barにてご利用できます。(時期により内容異なる場合があり)
