Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Miyakonojo

It was our 5th time in Japan and the best place we stayed! Yuko san was the nicest, wormest and the most caring person we met in Japan. We were welcomed personally by her. She showed us all the apartment and provided all necessary informations. She even prepared some light snacks for us. In the morning she brought us delicious breakfast and when we were leaving equally delicious bento for the next part of our journey. I can not recommend this host and her place enough!

Close to the station, easy to base! The room was also large and clean, so I am very satisfied.

Very good deal of money. The host is friendly. The room looks exactly like the pictures and it is very clean! There are parking lots nearby and very close to shopping area. I really like the bed and the pillow, so comfortable!

The room is large, very clean, fully equipped with daily necessities, smart toilet, refrigerator, kitchenware, microwave.The bathroom was also great and comfortable to take a shower with.The homestay is right next to the central station, and it is convenient to go shopping.

I was able to spend a normal life in a very common 1K apartment.The quiet environment was also good.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fu-Ga’s! You can really feel the care she’s put into the apartment — from the thoughtful layout and charming decor to the wide range of amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. On the day we left, Fu-Ga even arranged for her son to drop us off at the train station as it was raining — a lovely final touch to a great stay. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

Located south of Miyazaki City, the place is a free-standing house with mountains on one side and nearby rice paddies on the other. Though it's a bit far from the stations or busses, it's about 20-25m walk from the Nichinan line. There is a large supermarket (Aeon) within 15m walk, however. There is plenty of hiking either in mountains or to the extensive coastline near the Undokoen sports complex area or to Aoshima with its unique geological formations. The house has a large kitchen with a 3-burner stovetop and grill, a large sized refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs, a 'L' shaped couch and TV, along with a good sized bathroom. As a bonus, there is even a dryer, which is incredibly rare in Japan, especially at this price. Seasonings and oil are also available for cooking. You can sleep on the floor in either a Japanese style room (tatami) or Western style (hardwood). There is also a large deck outside. Tatsuya is laid-back and personable. Would highly recommend.

It was a more luxurious house than the photos!I enjoyed playing simulated golf, sauna, and barbecue, but especially the sauna was great because the temperature went up to 110 degrees! I will use it again when I play golf in Miyazaki. Thank you for telling us about the butcher shop you recommended.

This time, I was staying alone on a business trip, but Kyoko was very polite and kind, and I had a peaceful stay! The inn was a warmer space than I imagined, and it was a place where I could stay as if I lived there. On the premises, there is a play house set, blocks, camping goods, and even a lawn and sandpit...! There were so many things for the little kids to play with, and I couldn't help but think, "I wish I had brought my daughter." I would love to visit with my daughter next time. There is also a beach nearby, so I felt it was perfect for a summer family trip. Also, the bedding was very comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, and although I didn't use them this time, it was so complete that I thought, "I could really live here". The washing machine is also a drum type with a dryer, and it is easy to use.We had a pleasant time. The whole room was very clean, and while it had a hotel-like impression, it also had a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the bakery and restaurant that Kyoko told us about. Among them, the fresh chicken dishes from Miyazaki were exquisite and made for a memorable meal. Thank you so much, Kyoko, for welcoming us so warmly. I would love to come again, this time with my family.

It was a very spacious and neat house. Although located in a quiet residential area, the main station was within walking distance. Everything is therefore very easy to reach! Screens for the window for when you can't stand the air conditioning was also very nice!

Yurie's place was charming and super clean. Loved the super convenient location - 3mins to the train station and supermarkets/restaurants. Also had a free parking spot which is not common for Airbnbs with such a prime location. Many eating places and delicious izakayas within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend

It was in the middle of the observatory and convenient to get anywhere. I was worried about the noise unique to the downtown area, but the windows were double glazed, so I didn't mind at all. Above all, it was a very beautiful room, and I felt good from the moment I entered. Since it was a reservation for a single room, I was able to use it with peace of mind even if there was a sudden change in the number of people. It was a great trip.Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Gou's Airbnb. I was worried that checking in would be tricky, but was pleasantly surprised that it was truly a breeze based on the simple info shared through the Airbnb booking! The place was extremely clean and neat when we entered, Gou did such a great job preparing the place for us and we felt right at home. There are many eateries and a Tayo supermarket within walking distance, and was extremely convenient to all the places we wanted to go with bus stations and tram stations also within walking distance. Just a separate note that this place happens to be located within streets filled with pubs and clubs, so there are many big posters that are not so appropriate for kids. This place is great overall. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay with Perch being close to a lot of locations in Kagoshima. Being close to Tenmonkan was great for a stroll or to visit restaurants and izakayas. The surrounding neighborhood was always lively as a well which was fun. Loved the interior of the place as well it was simple and free of clutter. Lots of clean towels for face and body. I recommend this place to those wanting to stay in Kagoshima with a thriving nightlife!
