Would give 6 stars if I could! Toño and the team provided such a welcoming and helpful experience throughout my stay - I can’t recommend staying with them enough! Helpful recommendations and instructions with consistent, clear, and proactive communication. The building location is phenomenal and the staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities in the building feel luxurious and well maintained. The gym is insane - best in the area by far. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with all the cookware/appliances you need to do your thing at home if you prefer that to going out to eat for every meal. The apartment also had solid Internet/wifi - fast enough to work remotely. I was able to take meetings without any problems/bandwidth issues. Pro tip - the pool deck has even faster wifi if you need it. (About 65-70 mbps in the room, and I was getting 200 mbps at the pool by the bar..!? Amazing!) I’d book again in a heartbeat - this place is a gem.❤️

Let’s start with the fact that the staff are incredible. Esperanza is a gift to this world, she was incredible and very sweet. She was an incredible cook and made us feel right at home. Fidel was very helpful and checked in each morning. He was always ready to support us with any questions or needs. The rest of the staff were fabulous! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Not my first time in PV, and this house was my favorite spot. Everything is walkable just be ready for the stairs! Proper hiking shoes to make it up and down the hill! We had massages and facials in the house which was perfect to provide us what we needed to relax. Breakfast each morning is highly morning! The food was 10/10! We rented a car and Ubered for smaller groups to get around, loved this spot.

I have to say I was very impressed. We loved everything about the place. Even the part that we had to be part mountain goat if you want to walk but Uber goes to the door. We will be contacting Richard the next time we go to Puerto Vallarta. Awesome doesn’t say enough

Beach Front Condo 8 Pools Amazing Views

I cannot say enough good about this rental. We LOVED our stay here so so much! First of all, the location was amazing. Being in between the hotel zone and the romantica zone, everything was within walking distance or a quick cheap uber ride. The apartment was SO CLEAN! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were beach chairs in the closet so we took them out and watched the sunset on the beach each night. The views were incredible from our room! The pools and fitness center and all amenities were amazing! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and kind from the moment we booked, all throughout our stay, to checkout. Checking in and out was so easy. The instructions were very clear. We are ready to go back and stay with Moikkarentals again as soon as possible! I highly highly recommend booking with them!

Absolutely stunning place. It's a perfect getaway I 100% recommend this place. The staff were all very helpful checking was easy they come and greet you. The pool the beach everything is amazing. Not overcrowded either just perfect. Perfect getway regardless if you're single, with family or just you're partner. The sunsets from this place are incredible.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

The place was great better than expected and Rosy was fantastic! We want to come back next year! Place is right on the middle of everything in the romantic zone and condo has everything you would need to have a great stay. To top it all off, the roof top with the infinity pool!

Breathtaking ocean views on the Beach

There are so many wonderful things to say about Han’s place! First, the location is absolutely perfect. You are in the center of local shops, restaurants, markets, and the Malacon. The romantic zone is the place to be! The patio is beautiful! We spent days just hanging out enjoying the ocean view. The pool was private and peaceful, you feel like you have your own oasis amongst the business of the beach. The condo had an awesome kitchen, we cooked many of our own meals and had plenty of space to spread out. Han was a perfect host! She responded quickly to every message and had many recommendations and tips. The condo’s front desk staff was also so great, they can help you with many questions or recommendations. This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s to stay at, we will be back! Thank you so much Han!

The location is absolutely perfect, if you want to be close to bars and resturants. The only bad thing is it's on one of the main streets so can be loud, luckily the host had ear plugs to use. Their is also a club a half block away that can be a bit loud. I knew that going into staying there so wasn't a big deal to me. The place is a really nice space, the bathroom is a great size with good water pressure and I always had hot water which was very nice. the unit has nice updates, new appliances and the furnishings are nice. I enjoyed having a little balcony to hangout in. Miriam is a really great host, she always got back to me very promptly and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying there.

I recommend this place to other travelers. Lilia and Victor were highly communicative, friendly and helpful. The location is right on the beach. The amount and style of pools was fantastic given the size of the complex. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a highlight. Located in the Hotel Zone. Zona Romantica and the Malecon are a 20-30 min walk or an inexpensive Uber ride away.

Checkin was confused, we were expected the next day. Condo was cleaned immediately and we were in an hour later. The front door can be opened to get a strong breeze of tropical air through the balcony doors. Great feeling. Very walkable to delis and restaurants. Kitchen is fully equipped (zero condiments). Beautiful artwork. Enjoyed watching the Frigate birds right outside the balcony. The grilled seafood smoke from the ElDorado restaurant can be annoying at times as it comes right in the condo. Very loud music for short intervals during the day but nights were quiet. David was VERY responsive and answered all texts within minutes. Felt like he was nextdoor. Overall were very pleased and have booked for next year.

Our family enjoyed a fabulous Spring Break in the villa and in Puerto Vallarta! Mercedes and her staff were fantastic in communicating with us, coordinating our transportation and gracious when there was a delay in our arrival. The home is even more beautiful in person, with gorgeous views over the Pacific, songbirds every morning, and a very sweet occasional kitty visitor named Pumpkin. We took advantage of the option to pre-order groceries, which we highly recommend. The home is a bit outside of the town, but it is super easy to take an Uber. It's worth the drive for the views and serenity. One of our favorite activities was the Botanical Gardens. If you are a plant lover, don't miss seeing them! Thanks so much to Jessica, Mercedes, and the rest of the crew for helping us have such a lovely vacation! We'll be back!

This was an excellent place to stay. Secure , well maintained building. The condo itself is stylishly furnished very comfortable and clean. Nice electronics and kitchen appliances/utensils. Although not an ocean view the outside patio affords an expansive view of the surrounding city. The rental management company were super responsive flexible and helpful ,could not have asked for a nicer person to interact with. You're located two blocks off the Malecon and probably 100 different restaurants within a five block radius. Although we had a car, we only walk while we were there and love the walk ability/location. If I were to have anything negative to say about the place, it is in the zone Romantica and there is a lot of ambient noise there are bars around it was Semana Santa so that added to the overall noise factor,, as well this is on a busy street Personally, it didn't bother me a lot, but if you're sensitive to noise it might .The pool area is pretty small, but was as depicted

PERFECT! Beautiful new modern condo! Loved the balcony. Quality linens and towels. Great location, walkable to everything in town. Well appointed. Kash our reservation coordinator was on point and flawless communication. Helped arrange airport transport ion and local referrals. We had a concierge, meet us at check-in and check out. Sebastian is a wonderful young man. He gave us a tour of the entire facility and our condo was available throughout our stay for any questions. He has awesome communication incredibly helpful. Last but not least is that incredible rooftop experience. Epic is an understatement. It is so flawless. I could live up there. The infinity Pool, the bar, service, loungers and daybeds simply perfection! A 5 star experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there for 1 month and had a great time. We book a place on the fact that it has a pool and this pool was wonderful. It was cleaned every morning and had sun the whole day. Bonus. The hosts Sara and Eduardo were great. They made our stay delightful. They answered any question quickly. We never had any problems with the place at all during our month. The wifi always worked and even when we had to work online all day, it worked without any problems. The staff at the security and the staff on site were very friendly, wonderful people. Then apartment was stocked with whatever you needed. Lots of towels and the bedding was so comfortable. The beds are the best we have ever had while visiting Mexico, we have come for 8 years now and the beds are always so uncomfortable but not this place. They were great. It made the stay even better. Highly recommend this tranquil condo.

Luxury Soho PV Ocean View !

We just got back from Puerto Vallarta and this place was excellent. Very modern building and condo. It's in an excellent location. We walked all over Zona Romantica and the Malecon and never felt unsafe walking to and from the building. Anywhere in Zona Romantica or to the beach is just a 5 or 10 minute walk from the building. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and if you like to spend time relaxing next to a pool, this place cannot be beat. The rooftop pool is heated, has a bar that is open all day, lots of loungers and space and has the best view of city and the ocean. We could even see whales passing by from the pool. The only thing that I'll mention is that there is a decent amount of street noise on the balcony. It never bothered us, and from the bedroom, you can't hear any of it, however if someone is planning on sleeping in the living room, it would probably be an annoyance. The next time we are in Puerto Vallarta, we will absolutely be staying here again.
