Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. The Herzzentrum is 3 km away

The Kaiser Wilhelm Monument, the TV Tower, the Weser Cycle Path, the Großer Weserbogen recreational area, the Wasserstraßenkreuz and Wittekindsburg are nearby, and the Westfälische Pforte (Porta Westfalica, by the way, is the only Latin place name in Germany). The Weser flows through. There is a Penny in the village as well as a snack bar and a restaurant.

The property is the perfect base for cycling trips, hikes and day trips to the surrounding towns/regions. Spa resorts and various exhibition grounds are not too far away. In a few minutes you can reach the A2 and A30 highways. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

From this centrally located home, you can quickly get to all the important places. The well-known heart center is easily accessible. You can also reach the city center quickly on foot. Shopping, for example a mall, is nearby. The apartment is large and spacious. A balcony is available. In the living room, there is a guest bed. On request, a 4th person can stay overnight. There is a 2nd bathroom. This can be rented at an extra charge.

Larger cars must park on the side of the road (in front of the property)!
