My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. The Herzzentrum is 3 km away

I had a very pleasant stay at Katja's apartment. I was in Bad Oeynhausen for a nail design training and the apartment was perfect for me. The apartment was very large, clean and nicely decorated. All necessary utensils were available. Check-in was a breeze with the key on file. All in all it was great. I'd love to come back. :)

We stayed 2 nights in Zabur's apartment and were warmly welcomed by him right on arrival. Due to a booking error on my part, we had a small problem that was quickly resolved with Zabur's help. The apartment is nice and conveniently furnished. In the kitchen you will find everything you'll need. A large, walk-in shower is available in the bathroom. The hair dryer as well. Thanks to a key box with number code, which was sent to me in advance, check-in was completely uncomplicated.

We spent a weekend in the apartment because we were invited to a wedding nearby. Toni sent a nice message on the day of arrival and gave explanations about the apartment, so we could quickly check in ourselves and knew what to expect. we felt comfortable there right away. The private parking space right by the house was great. There was also a pretty little garden and it was absolutely quiet there. There would have been a lot of equipment for cooking, we just didn't use it. :) The beds were freshly made and towels were ready on the beds, almost like in a hotel. The value for money was definitely great and we would definitely come back for the next event nearby.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet, green location We stayed in Katja's lovingly furnished apartment for one night because we had a family celebration nearby, and we felt right at home. The apartment was clean, cozy and just right for us as a family. Our children felt comfortable right away. Katja is very friendly and totally straightforward. Thank you!
