Hello. You'll have the whole place to yourself, a single-story house, better than an apartment, all to yourself! On the ground floor in a very quiet and sunny residential area with secure outdoor parking space with garden, garden table and chairs. The garden is shared, you will have a barbecue, two bikes with locks and a table with chairs, really nice summer and winter. Linens and towels are provided upon arrival. Welcome and enjoy your stay!

The house is located in a very quiet area. Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix are a 25-minute drive away. Paris is within a 30-minute drive, with quick access to the highway. You will find a supermarket, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to get to Paris in less than 40 minutes, a bus passes in front of the house and will drop you off at Villeparisis station to reach Paris by train. Festive events prohibited.
