We were hosted very well. The accommodation is well located, less than a ten minute walk to Tsukuba Express station. The place was clean, well equipped and large enough for three independent people. Recommended!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Mieko-san’s place. It was very nice and extremely comfortable to stay at for the duration of my time in Japan. Mieko-san was very flexible in letting me make adjustments to my check-in when there were complications with my travel and overall was very kind. The place is a little far from Tokyo but well-connected and I did not have any trouble finding my way. Thank you for letting me stay in your very nice home Mieko-san!

Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. They were all so kind and helpful. We would love to stay in your place in our next visit to Tokyo. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

It was also fully equipped with a washing machine, kitchen, dishes, detergent, shampoo, towels, drying stand, which was very helpful.It is about an 8-minute walk to the station, but it was nice to have a quiet town. I was staying on the third floor by myself, but there was no elevator, and I thought it would be tough to get off with a heavy suitcase (20 kilometers) when I left, but it was surprisingly easy.(* There are few stamina people) Not only is there a convenience store nearby, there is a ramen shop open until late at night, and there is a 24-hour seafood izakaya near the station, and it was great to be able to enjoy sashimi even if you come back late.I want to stay again.

I chose this place to catch Narita Airport in the morning on the last night of my trip to Japan. If there was a place with these standards in the center, I would definitely prefer it. Of course it's a bit far from the center but it's a great place.
