We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. This is an old house in the rural area of Yucheng City, Ibaraki Prefecture. You can relax in the Japanese-style room. We welcome both solo travelers and families with children. The price shown is for the room-only plan. Children under 12 years of age can stay for free. If you are traveling with children or would like to have dinner, please message us before booking. Also, since the host may go out for a short time to pick up and drop off children, we would appreciate it if you could let us know your check-in time by the day before in a message after booking, as it is only a general guideline. Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
