The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the natural Egyptian dust (there is no escaping that) , the flat was very clean. It is perfect for a small family looking for a get away somewhere calm and beautiful. It is fairly distant from the heart of Cairo, but that is what we wanted.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, convenient stay in Cairo. Definitely, will come back again!

Highly recommendable!! The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of the city, the surroundings are beautiful and its extremely safe. The location is very good, a few minutes away from the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also, you have a lot of amenities around including a mini-market in the compound. Our host Khalid was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, specially if you are a big group. The terrace is breath taking so, if you are looking for a place where to have some time off you have just found it!

We loved the place because it is very close to the compound gate which ease the walk to nearby restaurants. Also, you feel like staying at home in term of cleanness and organization. On top of that you get a warm welcome by the host. Highly recommended.

I’m so happy I chose noir’s home to book for my staycation.the house was exactly what was displace in the picture, the furnishings and the neatness of the house was a 10/10, he had all necessary utensils and appliances in the house, he’s communicate skill was also very interactive, the house was perfect and exactly what I desired for a staycation and I’d most likely love to come back and share my experience of stay to others

My favorite place in Maadi to stay. I stay here every time I come to Cairo. Very amazing space. Wish I could have stayed longer. The host was very flexible with my check in time . I would recommend staying here. It’s quiet and clean and exactly like the photos. Very respectful host.

تجربة السكن في هذه الشقة كانت متميزة بكل تفاصيلها؛ أثاث أنيق ونظيف، ومرافق متكاملة توفر كافة الاحتياجات اليومية بكل سلاسة. المكان يعكس ذوقًا رفيعًا واهتمامًا واضحًا براحة الساكن. أخص بالشكر والتقدير المهندس ياسر، على تعاونه الراقي، وسرعة استجابته لكل ما نحتاجه، وحرصه على أن تكون الإقامة بأعلى درجات الراحة والجودة. أنصح بها بكل ثقة لمن يبحث عن إقامة راقية ومريحة.

مكان الإقامة جدًا لطيف وجميل وهادئ، محاط بجميع الخدمات من سوبرماركت،مطاعم، مخابز، مواصلات، وجميع ما تحتاجه ... العم حاتم جدًا لطيف من احسن الناس الي عرفتهم في مصر ... دينا ايضًا لطيفة وما قصرت بشي وبدعم اي حدا يستأجر عندهم😍

المضيف سيف ومصطفى من أنبل الاشخاص وأراقهم خلق ومعرفة وتجاوب أما السكن فسكنت في الشقة وهي في الزمالك، في ركن هادئ مخملي، كأنما اختبأ عن ضجيج العالم خلف ستائر الأشجار وصوت العصافير. كانت الشرفة تطل على خضرة لا تشيخ، ونسمات الصباح تمر محملة بعطر الياسمين وحديث العصافير. هناك، كان الوقت يمضي بلطف، وكأن المكان يعيد إليك اتزانك كل صباح أكرر شكري وامتناني

¡Excelente experiencia en el apartamento de Ayman en Zamalek, El Cairo! El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación es perfecta para explorar la ciudad. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Ayman fue un anfitrión muy atento y servicial durante toda nuestra visita, siempre disponible cuando lo necesitábamos. Our stay at Maged’s place in Cairo was truly exceptional. Communication was effortless, with clear instructions and quick responses. Maged even helped us arrange a private car, which made our arrival smooth and easy. The apartment was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The large balcony overlooked a famous mosque and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The gated property felt completely safe and secure. What made this stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of Maged’s father, Mr. Mohy Elprince. His calm, kind, and generous presence made us feel instantly at home. He helped us with anything we needed, brought us delicious local Koshary, and even gifted us lovely souvenirs from Egypt. His thoughtfulness touched our hearts. Maged was also respectful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you both for such a warm and memorable experience. We’ll always cherish it and definitely hope to return when we visit Cairo.

I had a great stay here, I was amazed when I first walked in.. the property is even better than the pictures. Mostafa was super kind and helpful, he was always on hand if I had a question and recommended nearby locations to visit. The compound itself was very safe and peaceful. The pool area was lovely and there were a few parks dotted around for the kids too. Shops, restaurants etc were just a short walk away so location was perfect. I will definitely be booking this apartment again when I come back to Egypt. Thank you Mostafa

An unreal experience with a very responsive host. Wanted a 5star accommodation and that’s what I received. Would highly recommend and thank the host for the great 10 days spent.
