Campsite vacation rentals in Missouri River

My son and I had a wonderful few days having the RV as our “home base” during our visit for a local baseball tournament. Troy had great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The person the property were our favorite feature and we loved coming home to play fetch or be snuggled by sweet kitties. We hope to be back for the tournament next year and stay again :)

We stayed here with our boys ages 3-9. This was our second time renting this camper. It was great! There was plenty of space for us. Kary was great with communication and getting the camper set up at our campsite. All we had to do was drive up and park and the camper was ready for use. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay here! It was clean, and the area is so beautiful. Great place to watch the stars on a clear night!

What a great way to camp out in the back country of Moab, UT! Was a great way to stay close to the bike trails and enjoy some hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were in town for an event at the Monument Summit Arena. This house is conveniently located approximately ten minutes from the venue. It is also located near shopping centers and restaurants. Dace and Lanette thoroughly covered everything in their visitor guide. It is a peaceful setting both inside and outside. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of four. This home was very clean. We highly recommend staying here.

They couldnt have been better hosts. when my son felt sick Bruce sent feel better wishes. Very friendly. Will help at a moments notice. pool was clean. restraunt great. just a peaceful quiet relaxing place. have been there 2 yrs in a row and will return again. Thanks Bruce!!!!

well if you want to stay in a TP here's a chance. I've been looking for one for a while and it was awesome. Nice little outdoor shower nice little restroom nice tent easy parking and walking distance to a great little restaurant and great little dance hall. much appreciated. temperature got down to 40 and I slept like a king. very comfortable bed

Great experience to sleep in a Tipi. We even woke up and saw a couple deer as we got out of the Tipi. The best part of the stay was the host who was so helpful and friendly. We received some great suggestions from the host on what we could see on our drive. Very helpful.

LOVELY! What a truly remarkable hideaway. This place had everything we were looking for in a remote, relaxed, and unplugged environment. First of all, Dan and Susie are the nicest, most thoughtful, and generous hosts! They greet you on their wonderful property to give you a tour of their efficient Spartan Trailer. They are very helpful in detailing all the must-knows and how-tos of the space and the surrounding area. The trailer is immaculately restored by Dan and Susie. Its's really a marvel, and transports you back in time to a simpler (and stylish) way of living. The place has everything you need from a fire pit, to an outdoor grill, to a restful hammock, and incredibly comfortable living quarters (of course!). Every detail of the trailer is well thought out. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and inviting. We planned to go into town once (which was a short drive away), but ended up staying on the property for our entire stay. We did not want to leave!

We always wanted to tryout an RV. This was our chance & it was a great experience. New RV, nice floorplan, queen size bed was comfortable. I REALLY liked the pillows. I would definitely stay again.

Jordan provided really clear instructions about staying in a camper, which made our stay very easy to navigate. The view was absolutely beautiful.

My partner and I recently stayed at Angie's, and the short version is that we will definitely return! While we did get hit with severe weather during the overnight hours of our first night, Angie was amazing in terms of checking-in, communicating, and staying up (through 2AM!) to ensure we were doing okay. Later that AM, we were able to assess damage and Angie made it a point to come out and support clean-up and check-in, to ensure we could still enjoy the experience. This was way above and beyond our expectations, and goes to show how much Angie cares as a host. The property itself is exactly as described: peaceful, relaxing, and secluded; exactly what we were looking for to escape some recent stressors of the daily grind. This experience reminded me of enjoyable childhood moments with the family, and even with the weather (which is uncontrollable anyway), it was such a great getaway. Highly recommend, and great for the dogs too (my two pups loved every moment!). Thank you, Angie!!!

The tent I stayed in was impressively clean, well taken care of and very cute! Got a bit lost on the way in, but was able to pretty quickly figure it out. I really appreciated the effort put in to making the space safe and comfortable!

Great little spot! Definitely was a little warm inside when we got there as the camper AC struggled a little on the hot day, but it caught up by the time we were ready for sleep. Very pretty landscape and private farm, loved walking around with our pup.

Our family of five, including three children, had an unforgettable stay at the TP Resort in Thermopolis. From the moment we arrive we found an incredibly kind and accommodating host who made sure everything was perfect for us. The resort's description matched exactly what we found upon arrival, but the photos truly do not do justice to the breathtaking beauty and charm of the place. The views of the Big Horn Mountain range are simply stunning and set the stage for an exceptional experience. The TP Resort is an extraordinary place to create lasting memories with your family. Our kids had an amazing time, and we all enjoyed moments we will cherish forever. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to blend adventure and relaxation in a unique setting.

I couldn’t find a place that would not charge an arm and a leg for my dogs. I had slept for awhile in my pickup when I found this place. They were so accommodating to let me go early so I could sleep some more. They were right there waiting to meet me when I went through the gate. I felt super safe and my dogs were super comfortable. Getting to listen to the rain on the tent and the river down below made me sleep like a baby. The bed was huge and so comfy and the pillows are to die for. It was chilly outside but the small heater inside the tent kept it toasty in there. Everytime I texted with a question they responded back so quickly. I highly recommend if u have never stayed in a yurt that u should do it. There’s not enough space here to write all the good things. But don’t think twice. Stay with these guys. U won’t regret your choice.

Staying at Ani’s yurt was a truly unique and peaceful experience. She generously shared not only her beautiful land and cozy yurt, but also her passion for pottery, which added a creative and personal touch to the stay. Her hospitality and love for what she does really made the visit special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a soulful and inspiring getaway.

Robyn’s place was perfect! Very cozy and comfortable. It was so easy to find and very conveniently located, there is so much to do around! The bathroom was very clean and it was nice to have a private one

Incredible view and very friendly hosts. George is incredibly knowledgeable and so accommodating. Outdoor kitchens were clean and so nice. cabins are cozy and the beds are comfy. Planning on coming back again soon!

Great hosts! We felt right at home and were very comfortable finding what we needed after long days exploring the black hills, nature, and wildlife. We were able to slow down, enjoy the kids, and share new experiences that we will never forget. 100% recommend the stay at Melanie’s!! Very welcoming RV park, fire pits within a nice inclusion. Comfortable, warm accommodations, nice stove/ kitchen setup. Cassette player was fun 🤩

Such a cool experience! There were more amenities than I anticipated, making it a great “camping” opportunity! Our kids loved it, as there were several games and activities inside. The camp grounds were pretty and easily walkable. The wagon was in great condition, with a great fire pit and comfortable Adirondack chairs. We would definitely stay again!

Matthew and Ramona were the BEST host and just really good people. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and didnt hesitate to show us around thier property/ farm. We will never forget our stay and we will definitely make a point to come back in the future ! If i could give 6 stars I would.
