This newly renovated Condo is located on the border of the MSU campus! Sleeps 4! Only .7 tenths of a mile from DAVIS WADE stadium, The HUMP and DUDY NOBILE field! LOCATION IS AWESOME within a 15-minute walk! Shuttle service is available with stops at the complex entrance to campus events. The space includes 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Lucky 13 Condo

One bedroom Condo on second level less than two miles from MSU campus. Unit includes all appliances, free Wifi, and free onsite parking. Vizio Smart TVs are located in both the den and bedroom. Whirlpool washer and dryer are available in condo. The unit is one bedroom, and also has a queen sofa sleeper needed to accommodate more guests.
