We have now stayed at this property for the third time. Massimo's house is very spacious. It is located in a quiet and rural area with spectacular views of Corinaldo. Massimo and his father welcomed us with touching cordiality. We fully recommend this place.

This is one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in over 150! The apartment is beautiful and so are the surroundings. We were welcomed with great instructions as well as champagne and snacks. It just couldn’t have been better. Be sure to enjoy the tub!

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all highly recommended - even with a child!

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

The appartment was very very clean! Everything was perfect! Beach is just 300 m away :) private parking place! Great place to stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Petra's apartment. it is really well located , very bright and spacious with two small balconies, one of which we used. Everything you need is there. It is very comfortable and we felt right at home very quickly. The bikes were great and used them most days to cycle to Misano Adriatico on the cycle paths as well as around the town. Though we never met Petra she allowed us an early check in which was perfect and her sister who lives above was really helpful and friendly. The Boulangerie 2 mins walk away is amazing! highly recommend the Cafe Dad in Misano ,near the station. We would love to return!

Emanuele is really a SUPER HOST!We were in Cattolica for the national final of the Sport Project: the apartment is in a quiet residential area, very close to the sea and the pedestrian area and 8 minutes from the Riviera Horses Resort, very easy to reach. The apartment is really super and beautiful and totally matches the photos and description and also the large terrace was very used. We had a great time. We had to leave the apartment Saturday morning, by 10 a.m., but since there was no other reservation, Emanuele offered to keep it free for the whole morning: in this way, after completing the races we returned home calmly and prepared all the luggage... without haste... we left it around 2 p.m. If we were to return to Cattolica, I would definitely stay here again. Emanuele, thank you!!!! 😘

We stayed at Matteo's apartment for 4 days. Very convenient location. You can quickly walk to the public and paid beach, there are many restaurants, shops, bars nearby. We arrived by car and were provided with a parking space for the entire stay, which was very convenient. The apartment is comfortable, bright, has everything that is indicated in the listing. There were 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) and there was enough space for everyone. I would recommend it!
