Nihal, ottimo hoster, sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa. ha dato informazioni dettagliate e preziose per il check in e check out, per escursioni e negozi in zona dell alloggio. l alloggio è in posizione tranquilla, vicino alla metro. ambiente confortevole e pulito come descritto, wi fi perfetta. torneremo sicuramente per la posizione e per la grande professionalità e disponibilità di Nihal.

The apartment was exactly as described - modern and clean. The location and Community was lovely, and we overlooked the pool. We also had access to the lagoon - beach and pool. There were lots of cafes around too. Sirat was a great host - he provided all the information we needed prior to check-in and was always very responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend Sirat and the apartment for an enjoyable stay in Dubai.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio ! Il est propre, bien aménagé et très confortable. Tout est conforme à l’annonce, avec une literie de qualité. Chaima a été très accueillante, réactive et attentive à mes besoins. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Le logement de Marta est très bien, la réalité est même mieux que ce qui correspond sur les photos. L’emplacement parfait, les équipements de l’appartement parfait. Nous étions une famille de 4 avec un enfant de 3 ans il y avait tout ce qu il fallait, et s il nous manquait quelque chose Marta était très disponible pour répondre à nos besoins à chercher des solutions. J’ai rarement connu un service de conciergerie aussi exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette appartement. Merci encore à Marta pour sa réactivité sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

sunny is a great host, he upgraded our room location to a better view of the marina without additional cost. He responds quickly to every questions i have during our stay. My family loved the view we had and enjoyed our vacation and for sure we will be back again.. Thank you Nayan

Vadim ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir konnten ihn stets erreichen und er hat sich sofort um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Auch ein späterer Check-out war kein Problem. Die Umgebung ist super. Es gibt viele schöne Restaurants und Strandclubs. Der Rooftop-Pool ist auch einfach nur toll. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Supermärkte gibt es gegenüber in der Mall. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
