I always stay at the apartment. It has a good location, good cleanliness and serves well for a few dates. The only bad thing is the check-in time, which can only be done after 2 pm. I usually have to wait two or three hours outside to get in.

The apartment is great, it meets what was promised. The garage is very narrow, and when there's a car next to you, it's terrible to park if you have a sedan or a truck. Other than that, the place is great and the apartment delivers what it promises in the ad!

Our stay was excellent! Mr. João and the other hosts treated us very well, during the week we stayed we felt at home. A real home. I recommend it to everyone, both the location of the building and the apartment itself. Just one addendum, the TV doesn't work very well, it freezes and turns off on its own, other than that, a 10 for everything.

My experience in João Paulo's apartment was excellent! The location is great, in a safe, quiet area with easy access to everything — supermarkets, transportation, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself is beautiful, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything was organized with great taste and attention to detail, which made my stay even more comfortable. It's the kind of place where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. João Paulo was an amazing host — super friendly, polite and always available to help with anything. The stay was great! The property was exactly as advertised: clean, organized and well located. Communication with the host was quick and efficient at all times. The only observation is that the air conditioning could be cooling a little better. Still, it was a very positive experience. I recommend it!

Nice place, just like the photos and clean. Clean, quality linen and bath. Kitchen equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Air conditioning running perfectly. Edio responded and gave the necessary instructions for the space. I'll come back more often when needed.

Cozy and comfortable place, all the furniture and appliances are very good and useful, the faucets have hot water and the view is sensational, including from the bathroom itself. It's a perfect space for privacy, security and a great night's sleep! It was very worth it and I recommend!
