Vacation rentals with a pool in Minia

We had a very relaxing time in Carol's accommodation! The communication with Carol was excellent - she was always available and also fulfilled our special requests regarding check-in and check-out. The accommodation was well equipped and had everything you need for a vacation - and much more. The outdoor area, including the pool, is exceptionally clean and maintained with great attention to detail. Within 10 minutes by car you are in Sami and some important sights, such as the Drogarati Cave, Melissani Cave or Antisamos Beach. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for excursions as it is very centrally located on the island. We would book Carol's accommodation again and can recommend it 100%.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Castelletto with our 2 boys (6 and 2). The Villa is in a gorgeous location in the hills of Zakynthos. It’s incredibly peaceful and private, but 5 minutes down the road and you have fantastic seaside restaurants and the beach. A great location to explore the island. Our favourite beach (Alykes) was only a 12 minute drive, as was the water parks and Zante town was about 20 mins. The villa itself is fully equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The aircon was amazing in 38 degree heat, as was the refreshing pool. The views are stunning. Bessy was incredibly helpful and kind with so many recommendations for restaurants and beaches / activities for the kids. Mira the housekeeper was so lovely with our children and & very thoughtful. We had such a memorable holiday, we would really recommend staying at this Villa.

Abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti in questa bellissima villa con tutti i confort, ma con la squisita sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Ci ha accolto l’Ost in persona, molto gentile e garbato, sempre attento ad ogni esigenza e pronto ad assicurarsi che tutto era di nostro gradimento. In casa abbiamo trovato tutto: frido con acqua, latte e persino olive e Feta, la cucina fornitissima con olio, spezie…detergenti. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice hanno reso il soggiorno poco faticoso, due bagni e due camere da letto importanti per la privacy, condizionatori in ogni stanza e poi la splendida piscina e il patio dove abbiamo trascorso le nostre cene e serate ammirando le stelle. La casa si trova vicinissimo a tante spiagge e ad Argostoli, ci siamo spostati molto facilmente per visitare tutti i luoghi circostanti e inoltre vicino anche al Lidl per i nostri rifornimenti. Consiglio di soggiornare in questa casa, tutto perfetto, grazie Andy e Connie, speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Villa Korfos is a wonderful place to stay. It's exactly as described and depicted in the photos and is well equipped. Inside, everything is clean and works well but the real key to this place is the outside area by the spotless pool with uninterrupted views out to sea and across to the other nearby islands. Absolutely beautiful. Denise is helpful and on-hand if needed and the instructions provided were clear and accurate. The villa is maybe 20 minutes easy walking out of the centre of Skala but there are some great bars and restaurants are much closer by. We had a brilliant holiday: totally recommended to anyone looking to relax in lovely surroundings.

An exceptional place to stay. The whole family who run this wonderful place made us feel truly welcome. It was a great place to eat and very intimate. The main pool and terrace were very peaceful and the views breathtaking. There was live jazz one evening and it was a beautiful setting for it. I cannot recommend it enough. We will definitely return. Thank you to you all.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Moussata. The villa is totally independent, it has its own access and private pool. The villa is stunning and the photos are exactly the same as what you will find. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning, opening the bedroom door and enjoy a early swim in the pool! People will come daily to clean the villa and the pool. You will never see them, and from time to time, you will find eggs, fruits and vegetables from the local garden when you get back from the beach. We stayed in the villa with a 6 months old toddler and it had some useful amenities. I have been using Airbnb for many years and this is without a doubt one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend this villa if you like spending quality time with your family, enjoying wonderful sunsets at poolside!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt Ende Oktober sehr genossen. Das Haus ist innen sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich und insbesondere der Pool (wir hatten die Poolheizung gebucht) waren aber das Highlight. Unsere Kinder liebten den Liegeteil und den integrierten Whirlpool. Selbst Ende Oktober hatten wir schon ab ca. 9:00 Uhr Sonne im Außenbereich bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Einige der schönsten Strände von Zakynthos finden sich auch in unmittelbaren Umkreis von ca. 20 km. Das gleiche gilt für Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ca. 1 km entfernte „woman of Alexis“, das durchweg leckere Gerichte mit großen Portionen zu günstigen Preisen anbietet. Das Haus liegt an einer Verbindungsstraße nach Zakynthos Stadt. Verkehr ist also vorhanden, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der nicht einsehbare Poolbereich ist auf der straßenabgewandten Seite. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Flugverkehr war sehr übersichtlich, ca. 5 Maschinen pro Tag.

We were met by Theo, who showed us the villa, which was spotlessly clean. As a family with a baby we tend to cook in the evenings, the kitchen was lacking in equipment but Panos rectified this the next morning. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with chilled drinks, really appreciated. Unfortunately the dishwasher developed a fault and we had an issue with one toilet but Panos quickly booked a plumber and an engineer to sort the issues- these things happen! The pool area has lovely views, the bbq was great and we fell in love with Kefalonia. We had a mid week clean which was very thorough. A car is really needed but we could walk to restaurants at Skala and plenty of taxi’s to catch a ride back. We would highly recommend the villa and thank you Panos for your help during our stay.

Dani’s place was gorgeous. It was located within walking distance to supermarkets, shops restaurants and bars and the area is very friendly. The place was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had enough space and all we needed (towels, toiletry’s etc). The pool area was lovely and was even cleaned a couple of times when there too. The show stopper had to be the view…wow it was amazing, a panoramic view of the sea and wonderful sunsets. The view from the pool area, living room and the master bedroom balcony was spectacular and a joy to wake up to. Dani sent a very informative welcome pack and the villa had more helpful information inside, she was very responsive to questions I had. This is an exceptional AirBB and we would love to return.
