Das Apartment war gebsu so wie Dominik es beschrieben hat. Der deutsche Standard war auf jeden Fall gegeben, ich habe nichts missen müssen . Die Aussicht vom Balkonen aus sucht seinen Gleichen, insbesondere der Sonnenuntergang. Auf Nachrichten und Nachfragen (z. B. neue Gallone für den Wasserspender) wurde innerhalb von Minuten bis hin zu wenigen Stunden repariert. Spätestens am nächsten Tag hat sich der Co-Host um die Nachfragen gekümmert. Zu guter Letzten sind die Angebote vom Resort zu empfehlen, besonders für Kinder (Pools & Strand). Die vollumfängliche Nutzung der Resortanlage ist nicht im Buchungdpreis enthalten, ABER Dominik bieten einen Rabatt für die Nutzung der Resortanlage an, ggf. erhält man auch einen sehr sehr hohen Rabatt. Die Lage vom Resprt ist auch für eine Selbstverpflegung optimal. Der Supermarkt ist in wenigen Fahrminuten (Grab, Auto oder Roller) zu erreichen. Wir könnten den Host Dominik und auch den Co-Host Bernd nur empfehlen!

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

가성비 아주아주 훌륭합니다. 바퀴, 개미 한 마리도 없었어요. 오래 된 흔적은 있지만 정리정돈, 청소 상태 아주 좋았고 세탁기+건조기 일체형 매일매일 잘 사용했어요. 이틀까지 온수 아주 잘 나오다 갑자기 안나오긴 했는데 그냥 씻었어요 ㅎㅎ 응답 바로바로 해 주시고 제가 문의 이틀 이상 없으니 먼저 불편 사항 있으면 말해달라고 먼저 채팅 주셨어요. 주방 싱크대도 깨끗합니다. 수건 넉넉했어요. 주변 생활 시설 도보 거리 있어서 편하고 복잡하지 않아요. 초등 5학년 아들과 엄마 공간도 아주 충분했고 에어컨 거실, 침실 각각 있고 조절도 잘 됐고 곰팡이 냄새도 없었어요. 벽걸이 에어컨이라 소음 없습니다. 청소기, 밀대 있어서 함씩 간단하게만 하고 6박 잘 생활 했습니다. 넷플릭스 로그인 돼 있고 유튜브도 볼 수 있어요. 엘리베이터 옆에 쓰레기 두는 공간 있어서 매일 처리할 수 있습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 침대 매트리스가 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 딱딱한 매트 선호하는데 저희한텐 아주 편하고 딱이었어요. 베개도 편했고 이불도 얇지 않아서 좋았습니다. 다음번 계획 때도 날 맞으면 또 찾고 싶습니다. 방학 동안 한 달 살기도 좋을 거 같아요. 아 그리고 5층 수영장도 넓고 시간 보내기 좋습니다.

Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Ikigai is the best place ever. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. The onsite staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. If you need a place to get away from it all with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Loved everything about this stay!

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

학교 내 주택가가 위치해있으며 2중으로 24시간 내내 경비원이 계십니다. 정문 안으로 외부인의 출입 관리가 철저해 매우 안전한 느낌을 받았습니다 :) 막탄 내에 위치해있어 그랩으로 이동하기 좋았습니다. 1층은 샤워하기엔 수압이 조금 약해 2층에서 샤워했으며, 샤워기 호수가 없어 필터 사용은 불가했습니다 ! 그래도 수질은 전혀 문제가 없었습니다 :D 정말 깨끗하고 안전하고 만족스러운 숙소였습니다 ❤️ 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다. 감사합니다 🍀

Ate Cherry’s is very responsive and friendly. Maganda rin ang place and malapit talaga sa SM. The room is worth the price.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

We had a lovely stay! The place is peaceful with a beautiful view—perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and great for cooking, and the comfort room was very clean and had a hair dryer, which was a nice bonus. Just a small suggestion: the floor could have been cleaned a bit better before arrival, and a sponge for washing dishes would be helpful. But overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Traveling to Cebu City? This place is the best! Room Size The one-bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable. Swimming Pool Perfect for families—especially those traveling with kids. Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Great central place to stay!
