Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Mindoro

We had an amazing week at Aidan’s place as a family of 11. Aidan helped us to arrange transportation to/from Manila with private pick up and speed boat. It takes almost 10 minutes to house from the dock but John John, the staff responsible for shopping and the boat helped our youngs and elderns to reach the house everytime we wanted to go to the dock with his ATW. There are 5 friendly on site staff at the house. Ate Jane is the manager of the staff and the chief of the kitchen. She prepared womderful food for us. We had full American breakfast, lunch and diner at the house and everyting was spectacular. We had bbq and fresh catches from the local sea. Marilou helped us for the service and she was super fast and kind. Crew never made we feel like we need privacy. Everytime we needed them they were ready to help and everytime we need time for ourself they were standing by at their own place. Nori&Fred kept the pool and garden always clean. Highly recommended and special thanks to Jane.

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

Sir Carl and Ma’am Nora were very friendly, accommodating, and hands-on. They and their helpers ensured that the place was clean and our needs were attended to. From my initial inquiry, to the adjustments with our booking, to our actual stay, Sir Carl was responsive and welcoming. The place overall is neat and orderly, so we really tried our best to leave it the same way. Truly worth the price we paid for. It was the perfect place for multiple celebrations in our family.

Kubo Lobo fulfilled it’s promise of a great vacation. For us and our fur babies. It is a short walk from the beach. We will definitely go back.

The place is great. My colleague’s like it. However it’s far from the white beach, 30 mins away from there.

5 stars! It was the best overnight my family had in this sweet cabin. Everything was perfect! The cabin was big enough for my family of 5 and it was really cool at night. WE enjoyed the pool and the experience of cooking outside the cabin The binoculars, the telescope, and the videoke were the best part also! The sky was so clear at night that we able to view the moon :) please book your stay here its good for a 3 days 2 nights stay :)

We stayed for 3D2N, a family of 10pax, plus 4 dogs. A big plus for us is that this place is PET-FRIENDLY. They have lots of open space to roam around the area (it is fenced so no worries of the pets getting out). We enjoyed the open space so much that we can do so much like swimming, playing badminton, they have swings to play with, you can bring your bike to play). The overall vibe of the place is peaceful and quiet. We had bonfire during our 2nd night, memorable one, don't forget to bring your marshmallow and chocolates :) The kitchen is complete with cooking ware and dining utensils, (missing soup cups, but mugs will suffice). They provided free Batangas barako coffee to brew, they have their own coffee brewer, yum! Downside is that the beach is 5-10min drive to reach the public area but can manage if you drive your car. The caretaker was also attentive to our needs so there were no issues during our stay. Overall, this is perfect for your family staycation~

This is probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked! The place looks even better in person, perfect for someone like me who just wants to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The service is truly THE BEST! The staff was always attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I also loved how I could easily order food from Arkipelago Resort, the food was absolutely delicious! Since it’s about a 15-minute walk back to the main road to catch a ride to Balatero Port, the staff went out of their way to help carry my belongings all the way to town. Their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond for their guests truly warmed my heart. This experience made my first solo trip both comfortable and memorable. I would definitely book again!
