הגענו לאזור של אגם גארדה המקום נמצא בעיירה cola המקסימה מרחק של רבע שעה מהחלק הדרומי של האגם. באזור מסעדה, פיצרייה, סופר וטרטוריה נהדרת במרחק הליכה קצר. בניין חדש משופץ ברמה גבוהה. כל החדרים היו תפוסים אז הזמנו את הדירה בקומה העליונה. הדירה מאובזרת, מעוצבת ומרווחת מאד. רמת הניקיון 10/10. שירות 10/10, מבינים שפות אחרות חוץ מאיטלקית ובאים לקראת כל בקשה. לאורה והבת שלה מקסימות. המקום קסום שקט נקי ורחב ידיים. יש לקחת בחשבון שעלולים במדרגות לקומות העליונות ואין מעלית. הוראות ההגעה ברורות מאד. יש חנייה צמודה בחינם. ארוחת הבוקר מושקעת, טעימה, מגוונת ובית. הכל טעים. מומלץ ביותר ללא ספק נחזור שוב

We had a wonderful time in Verona at Susanna’s apartment, especially enjoying the large garden with its beautiful view. The location is great, just 10 minutes from the city center, yet very calm and peaceful, perfect for children or anyone looking for tranquility close to the city. The entrance to the residence is quite narrow, so we recommend coming with a small car, but Susanna does mention this in her instructions.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Balkon sowie einen grossen, schönen Pool. Man kann relativ schnell viele schöne Orte am Gardasee-Sirmione,Lazise,Pescheira, usw. per Auto oder Rad erreichen! Der Strand, fußläufig gut zu erreichen, ist auch sehr schön! Guiseppe war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich! Gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable particulièrement les extérieurs avec une mention spéciale pour la piscine qui est très grande, en parfait état et très adapté aussi bien pour les adultes que les enfants. Andrea et Viola ont été très accueillants, aimables, respectueux et de très bons conseils. De très belles vacances pour nous.

Communication was good. Handover of keys worked great. Kitchen was well equipped and the tap water is purified. There were even some bottles already filled up in the fridge when we arrived. All in all we had a great stay in Verona.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Barcuzzi. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage und den traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee – morgens beim Frühstück und abends beim Sonnenuntergang. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit sowie Hundefreundlich und haben schon vor der Anreise alle wichtigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Check-in und Kommunikation verliefen absolut reibungslos. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, und die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Marco’s apartment was fantastic for our stay in Verona. It was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and had amazing air conditioning! We came to the apartment as a group of 5 including my elderly grandma and my mum who uses a wheelchair. The apartment was entirely accessible (and the building had a lift!), gave us all space and we all felt right at home. Marco was friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend this place!

Wir erlebten eine tolle Woche in Guidos Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern renoviert, alles aus hochwertigen Materialien. Alles passt perfekt zusammen und an jedes Detail ist gedacht worden. In der Küche steht sogar eine grosszügige Auswahl an feinen Teebeuteln und Kaffeekapseln bereit, Geschirr- und Duschtücher sind vorhanden und sogar Geschirrspül- und Waschmaschinentabs stehen zur Verfügung. Wirklich toll! Im Elternschlafzimmer hat es zudem eine gute Auswahl an Büchern in verschiedenen Sprachen. In nächster Umgebung kann man sich von den gemütlichen Eisdielen und Restaurants verwöhnen lassen und auch ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz erreichbar. Dank dem frei zur Verfügung gestellten Kanu kann man den Gardasee fast von der eigenen Haustüre aus (Wohnung ca. 100 m zum See) erkunden. Viele hübsche Städtchen um den Gardasee herum lassen sich mit dem Auto oder dem Schiff (Porto Dusano) erkunden. Vielen Dank, Guido, für deine tollen Tipps!

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage im Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist toll - sehr ruhig, mit einem kurzen Fußweg vom Ufer des Gardasees entfernt. Der Garten ist für Hundebesitzer ideal - komplett eingezäunt und sicher zum Herumtollen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und möchten uns noch einmal für die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Mauro bedanken. Tausend Dank für das leckere Gebäck und das Olivenöl. Alles Gute für Euch und bleibt gesund und munter.

Highlight ist der Ausblick. Einfach wahnsinn und traumhaft!! In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und Nicole ist super hilfreich und gibt auch gute Tipps & Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Sie war immer schnell und gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Märkte. Man fühlt sich sehr Einheimisch, da es keine Touristen gibt und dafür viele italienische Dörfer. Man erlebt also Italien im Original 😁

It's my second time at Enrico's appartment. It was great as always. in winter it's warm and nice. you even don't need to use AC. Always clean and well organized, you have everything you need in appartment. If you have any questions, Enrico gives you solutions extremely fast. Highly recommended

Casa in una ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Ci sono un po' di scale da fare, ma la casa è grande e piacevole! Adriano è stato molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi indicazione! In caso di un ritorno a Parma prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione di tornare lì

Das Haus hatte alles was man benötigt und lässt definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Man muss sich aber im klaren sein dass das Haus in einem wirklich kleinen Ort ist und es dort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, wenn man das weiß und akzeptieren kann verbringt man dort einen wirklich ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Anna Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen die man hat. Sollten wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen wieder in diesem Haus unterzukommen.

Nous avons été très accueillis et conseillés par Paola. Le logement est très vaste et il a tous les équipements nécessaires. Il est très facile de se garer devant la maison et le logement est très bien situé pour visiter de nombreux sites. Je recommande.

Manuele ist als Gastgeber wirklich großartig , er war immer sofort für uns da und hat uns zwischendurch mit so tollen Leckereien überrascht 🤩👌es war einfach nur herrlich, vielen vielen Dank für so einen tollen Empfang und die wunderbare Zeit in deinem Häuschen. Das Haus ist wundervoll und die Lage absolut traumhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. We stayed here having arrived by bus from Bergamo. Very easy to find, close to the bus stop and ferry and for numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The bedroom was a bit cramped for us. The washing machine was good as were the bathroom facilities. We did not cook but there seemed to be plenty of crockery, utensils etc. Alessia's communications with us were prompt and always positive. She was keen that we enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, offered convenient parking options, and was located very close to the beach. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation near to Verona! Giorgia and her family was amazing and everything went very well. There are lot of places to see if you come by car. Big recommendations this apartment!

Very well located in the centre of the old city. Very clean and modern inside an old building. It overlooked the street and a piazza to one side and was filled with natural light. The shutters and double glazed windows kept the street noise down.
