Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is located in a small town only 10 minutes away by car to the city center (Omis). Near the house, a minute's walk away, there is a well-equipped market. Access to the beach is shared and it takes only 10 minutes down the stairs to the beach. The beaches are beautiful with crystal clear sea precisely because there are fewer tourists than in the center. Ideal for a family with children. Welcome!

Vacation home - apartment "By the sea" is located in Mimice in a stone house built in the Mediterranean style, in an excellent location 10 meters from the beach and the sea. The apartment has a separate entrance and guests can enjoy the spacious terrace, which has a dining area and a rest and sunbathing area. The house has 3 air-conditioned rooms with large double beds (in the 3rd room there is also a single bed), with a smart TV, 3 modern bathrooms with a walk-in shower, a modern kitchen with a dining room.

Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Mimice is an easy and beautiful coastal drive on the D8 about 40 minutes south of Split and under an hour drive from Split Airport. It has stunning views over the Adriatic Sea and Brac Island from the terraces and pool. This combined with a stunning mountain backdrop makes it a picture perfect location whilst not far from the shop/restaurants/Tourist Bureau/Cafe (5 min walk).
