The apartment has a separate entrance and guests can enjoy undisturbed on the spacious terrace that has a dining area and a part for rest and sunbathing. In the house there are 3 air-conditioned rooms with large double beds (in the 3rd room there is a single bed), with smart TV, 3 modern bathrooms with walk in shower, modern kitchen with dining area.

The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju jer vam nudimo sve potrebno za vaš idealan odmor.Apartman se nalazi u manjem mjestu udaljenom samo 10-tak minuta vožnje s autom do centra grada (Omiš). U blizini kuće na minut hoda nalazi se odlično opremljeni market.Pristup plaži je zajednički a do plaže vam treba svega 5 minuta niz stepenice.Plaže su prekrasne sa kristalno čistim morem baš iz razloga što ima manje turista nego u strogom centru.Idealno za obitelj s djecom.Dobrodošli!

It is entirely renovated and furnished in traditional Dalmatian style and provides you full enjoyment in absolute privacy during your stay. It consist of living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and large terrace on which one can relax in shades and peace. And it is only 10 meters away from the sea!

Miro is a wonderful host! He is easy going, warm hearthed and takes good care of your needs. Also speaks good English. The apartment is estetic, smells lovely and well-equipped. The beach is somewhat within walking distance, but prepare your legs for "a couple" of stairs :D The high altitude compensates you when sitting on the apartment's terasse and enjoying the magnificent panorama. Anyway the area has many gorgeuos beaches that can be reached by car. You shall be early to have a good parking place.

We really enjoyed staying there, Alenka was very helpful and quick to respond. The view is amazing not to say stunning. The only small negative point is the access to the parking which can be tricky when you are not used to narrow roads and very steep slope (you get used to it after a few tries 😅) I recommend Alenka’s place where I could see the most beautiful sunsets ever !

Really cute private beach, perfect for a couple days doing not much apart from swimming :)

What a wonderful place to stay! The lovely pool, the warm sea nearby, we had a lovely time. The Villa was well equipped with everything that we needed and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but there were nice restaurants a short car ride away. You do have some steps down to the beach but it is worth the effort. We found the beach very family friendly and the beach bars good.

Everything was perfect! The view was absolutely stunning, the flat was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt at home from the very first moment. We’re already planning our next stay later this year
