Vacation rentals with a fire pit in MIMAROPA

The place was beautiful. All the help that we needed was provided for. Fortunate also that we booked this place because for around 3 hours, a blackout had occurred but the place had a generator so we didn’t have to worry about it. The host was very responsive.

the place is spacious and airy. ate nhalyn was so helpful. the place was perfect for us except for the beach as it was full of rocks and not too chils friendly though we were advised about it prior to booking. the place is highly rexommended

Veronica was super responsive to a multitude of questions that our group had right from the start. We were a group of people that included senior citizens, adults, children, and multiple dogs. This was the perfect place for all! She even went out of her way to help book local trips on the floating cottage for us. The place is just perfect! The pool is amazing and the caretaker Olan, was always ready to help with whatever we needed. Will definitely be going back!

Spent a few days here on our honeymoon and did not disappoint. This place is definitely an experience worth having, with stunning views and a more “simple” living experience. Ramon was a great host and answered all questions quickly.

Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Such a lovely house, so relaxing and comfortable to stay, peaceful surroundings... We brought with us our 4 dogs and they could roam around freely and safe. The caretakers Kuya Ompong and Ate Jocelyn are so helpful and attentive to our needs. Clean rooms and pool...

My family enjoyed our stay! Despite the Meralco issue when we arrived, the host made sure we were comfortable. He sent me a heads up, he was consistent in communication, and valued us as guests. The nice thing was, they had a generator! We at least have lights, fans, music & ref during the hours with no electricity. The host was too generous and gave us free yummy sisig, s'mores + hotdogs to relieve the unfortunate but uncontrollable circumstance. The host didn't leave us in the dark! The place is exactly what is shown in their gallery. The interior was awesome and elegant. Furniture and appliances are very cool. They have everything you would need during your stay. Comfy bed and pillows, big screens, relaxing bathroom with bath tub. And most of all, you get to see the beach all the time, even inside the house, and you will wake up with a nice view because they have a glass wall & door! Thanks to your 2 helpers, who have been there the whole time! My family really had a great time!

Höchste Erwartungen übertreffend Schon beim Ankommen hat uns das Design dieses Ortes den Atem geraubt – stilvoll, durchdacht und voller Charakter. Es fühlt sich an, als hätte jemand mit viel Herz und Sinn für Ästhetik einen kleinen Traum inmitten der Natur geschaffen. Alles wirkt harmonisch und doch überraschend. Der Service? Einfach wunderbar. Nie aufdringlich, immer da, wenn man ihn braucht – mit einem Lächeln, das von innen kommt. Man spürt, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die Gastfreundschaft nicht zur behaupten, sondern sie leben! Besonders begeistert hat uns auch das spürbare Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit. Solarenergie, Verwertung der Lebensmittelreste für die eigenen Schweine – auch wenn vieles im Hintergrund geschieht, erkennt man die Haltung dahinter: respektvoll, achtsam, zukunftsgewandt. Es war mehr als nur ein Aufenthalt – es war ein Gefühl von Ankommen, Loslassen und Staunen. Wir gehen mit warmem Herzen und bedanken uns für diese wunderbare Zeit!

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Gerd und seine Freundin haben sich unfassbar lieb um uns gekümmert, für uns lecker und günstig gekocht und schon Tage im Vorraus mit local-tips zur Anreise auf die wunderschöne Insel Culion geholfen. Die Unterkunft selber hat den traumhaftesten Blick den man sich vorstellen kann, besonders zum Sonnenaufgang. Die etwas abgeschieden Lage sorgt für Ruhe und Gerd hat uns selbst abgeholt, sodass die Anreise ebenfalls super war. Wir durften außerdem Gerds Roller leihen, sodass wir uns flexibel bewegen konnten. Einfach ein Rundum-sorglos Paket.

Je pense que le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Le logement est excentré mais une voiture vient vous chercher à l’aéroport et on vous arrange pour trouver des scooters. Notre hôte était très réactif. Pour y dormir et être au calme à faible coût c’est très bien !

Place was awesome. Definitely accommodated our 11 night stay. Only wish though wished there was hot water for showers. Other than that, we were pleased. Unit was definitely spacious unlike the SMDC units we stayed in.

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. A big thanks.

Wonderfully friendly family and a huge nicely clean apartment. You could easily accomodate 6+ comfortably but there was just the two of us. Our host even offered us a home cooked meal on arrival. Nova is a wonderful cook 😁 highly recommend, would stay again.

We had a great and intimate stay with my family in Vanessa's place. The place is exactly what is described, private and relaxing. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating.They brief us thoroughly on how place is works. It's easy to find the location as well and we had a smooth travel going there. The place is good with friends and family but it may a little bit chilling for a couple since the place is not surrounded by many neighbours. Nevertheless it's a great place and will recommend it for sure. Thank you!

We were so happy to have stumbled on Babaland and decided to stay for five days Incredibly peaceful and only a short drive on empty roads to town where there is a great market for fresh fish, poultry, pork and vegetables We utilized the outdoor kitchen daily for our meals and the activity became one of many highlights throughout our stay Minda and the team were nothing short of fantastic!! Well done

8 nights to remember, I loved this location. Staff same amazing and location one of a kind. Communication is key to over all happiness getting here. The trike drivers are predators stay away from them.  Just take a van transfer directly to Sabang skip the bus. Robby is great will get you to resort and help set up any tours you want. So expect great food at a reasonable price. Comfortable bungalow. water for shower looks rusty but it’s clean was with. They provide clean drinking water too.bring a power bank with you. Energy sunset was truly amazing. Get out of your comfort zone and experience amazing place to feel peace and happiness. Internet works most of time but kind of wish it didn’t afterwards. Electricity isn’t all the time but won’t need it 100% of time here. I will go back someday! Wish I could share photos here.
