Excellent choice, one of the best there is!!!! EXCELLENT: Although the pool does not have a boiler, the solar heater kept the Jacuzzi hot (with delicious hydromassage!). The pool is warm and very cool. The pool table, ping pong table, foosball, soccer field, squash court, basketball court and children's area are all worth it!!!! Many green areas, many very clean rooms and all with mosquito nets, the barbecue has firewood. Private parking. Mr. Efrén is extremely friendly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. WE'LL BE BACK!!! CONSIDER: The kitchen is very small, so large families have to carry the food to the barbecue area, but there are several steps and it can be tiring. The wifi is non-existent in most of the house. Bring several tennis balls, soccer ball and basketball to enjoy to the fullest. There are no department stores nearby, they are 20-30 minutes away. Take everything at once!! Don't forget bug repellent

Great place. Everything was awesome actually. The place was very clean, the sheets were clean, the bed was quite comfortable as was the pillows. The kitchen had everything, the refrigerator has the ideal space to store some things. The common areas looked very clean and quite pleasant. Yes, the space is very small actually. The photographs make it look a little bigger, but it's actually a nearly 12m^2 space. Still, my stay here was pretty good. The surrounding is very nice and quiet. Loved it. I'd be happy to come back.

Gorgeous penthouse in lovely, quiet neighborhood. Very modern yet comfortable. We definitely took advantage of the hot tub on the nicely planted, private patio. Veronica was great! Met us at check in and showed us around. We had a couple of questions when we were there and she responded right away. Very nice experience. Highly, highly recommend this place. We hope to return next year!

It is a beautiful house with everything you need to have a pleasant stay all the time you are there. My family and I had a great time, we don't have any "but" The pool is great because it is not very deep (1.10 to 1.30 m) and my nieces enjoyed it very much, the adults were also able to enjoy and swim without any problem. The super plus is that it is heated and is greatly appreciated because the warm water feels super rich. The house is impeccable, everything super clean, very well cared for, the bathrooms and kitchen working at 100. Mr. Alfredo's attention was super good. Since we booked, he communicated with me and he was always available to us. He is super friendly, very flexible and takes time to give recommendations and explain the whole operation of the house. Undoubtedly we would go back here again, the super recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Cuernavaca. Germán was a very kind and attentive host at all times, which made us feel at home. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We definitely recommend this place for those looking for rest and good service. Thank you for everything Germán!

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

We liked the place, I think it was very good to have a wide range of hours to arrive without haste. We only used the place to sleep because we had an event nearby and the location was unbeatable.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Tepotzlan. The main house has 3 large bedrooms upstairs and the 4th that doubles as a library is just outside off the patio. The 5th bedroom is in the pool house and is the only one with double beds. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite making it convenient for our large group. A staff member met us at checkin to show us how to use the key and lock which was very helpful! We would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed the house, garden and pool. Stephan is a very good host and very friendly. Sandy also supported us in everything and is a beautiful person. I came to spend my birthday with my husband and my parents, basically just to be relaxed and calm, and it was perfect. We would definitely come back. It has everything we were looking for and lots of trees and flowers, and I love that. The house comes with everything you need to cook. We made a roast for my birthday. The perfect pool... I don't know... we're leaving happy. What more could you ask for!

Amazing place to stay! Super quiet and peaceful.

Where to begin! We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday and engagement over 4 days, and I’m not sure we could have found something more perfect. :) In addition to the stay itself, Ana coordinated one day for some exploration in nearby Cuernavaca (the state capital of Morelos), and another day for a cooking class (along with poolside hangs and massages). Her staff is incredible and accommodating (we felt absolutely pampered); the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and relaxing; the land/space itself is jaw-droppingly gorgeous; and my only wish is that we’d stayed a little longer to continue exploring Tepotzlán. We will no doubt find a way to return someday! :) Thank you so much again, Ana and crew!!! We loved this place! The bungalow is very comfortable and perfect for couples. What stands out the most is the beautiful garden and its outdoor areas: dining room, chairs, hammock, swimming pool. Communication was clear and fast, with all the necessary instructions and recommendations to enjoy our stay. The hosts were very attentive before, during and after our stay. We really enjoyed our visit :)
