The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

Guests have access to a private Jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a grill, a playground, a games room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball), and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until July 17, 2026! For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

However, there is nothing to prevent more people from staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, and you can also pitch a tent in the yard). Pets are also welcome :) A private hot tub is available year-round.
