Great place, perfect for winter hiking! Nice and warm too. In town so close to everything you need. Very easy to find. Clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the microwave wasn’t working. No problem for us, we just cooked the old fashion way. 😉 Thank you Nicole for providing a great little place!

We stayed at Nicole & Terry's place while we were in Millinocket for a marathon. It was walkable to downtown, which was key for us because it made getting to the starting line a piece of cake. Comfy (numerous) beds, clean kitchen with all amenities needed to take care of quick meals, quiet / awesome location, and Nicole was extremely responsive to and helpful on any questions we had. Getting into the unit was easy and straightforward, and the parking situation was convenient and much appreciated due to the snow bans for on-street parking during the time of year we were there. As noted in description, if you're sensitive to smells there is a bit of an older building / smoky odor, but we weren't bothered much by it and just used the air purifiers in the apartment while we were there. Thanks, Terry & Nicole - appreciated our stay immensely!

Great little place for a few days of tranquillity. Ian was very responsive and the driveway was ploughed after a snowstorm before we even got out of bed😀

Everyone was very kind to us. We came up to run the Millinocket Marathon and we were treated so nicely! Very accommodating hosts and my sister stayed in the apartment next door. We would recommend this place for runners attending the Marathon each year!

We had a great stay in Millinocket for a friend’s wedding! The apartment was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The house also has some awesome history to it that is shared beautifully on a couple of walls in the unit. Learning about the area and the house itself was very cool—it made our stay even more meaningful. While we mostly used the apartment as a “crash pad” between wedding weekend events, it was perfect for a lazy, rainy, Saturday morning hangout too. Great spot!

Cathedral Pine is a cute spot (filled with cool artwork!) tucked into quiet downtown Millinocket. We really enjoyed our stay, although it was cut short due to a wind storm that knocked out power to the area. Kim was incredibly thoughtful and responsive throughout -- we only have positive things to say. We definitely look forward to visiting again and staying in one of Kim's places -- recommended!

Loved this place it was peaceful, and 1000% better than a hotel… did notice the heat on the wall makes a lot of noise at night so we just turned it off and ran the heat pump/air conditioner at night! Host was very responsive, and great even shoveled our walkway! Stay here you won’t regret it!

What a great stay! Our hosts were incredibly friendly and kind. The apartment was super comfortable and we were located right above a nice, affordable restaurant. We ran the Millinocket 1/2 Marathon and this was a great find. They even let us check out a bit late so we could take showers after the event. Thank you! We had a a great time!

Great place close to Baxter Park, about a half hour. Nice sized kitchen which was really helpful for our stay. Really great place and will absolutely use it again next time I’m in the area.

Wonderful Stay in Maine! I just spent three nights at Arnold's Airbnb in Dexter Maine, and it was fantastic! The lake view was beautiful, and the area was so peaceful. The place had a full kitchen with everything we needed, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels for our stay. I loved having a private entrance, too! The place was perfectly clean too. Arnold was a great host and provided a helpful book with tips about the area. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I can’t wait to come back! Super recommend it 🙌

We didn't actually get to stay at Angel's place because our plans changed. She offered to change the dates of our stay or refund us 100% even though our plans changed at the last minute. Angel was great to communicate with. She was very understanding and helpful towards our situation. She made a stressful situation less stressful. If we're ever in the Lincoln area again, we will not hesitate to seek out Angel's place and to enjoy the water right outside her backyard with our dogs! Thank you Angel for being kind!!

We didn’t stay. No direct access to trails and not willing to ride sleds many blocks and down the road on blacktop to access the trail system and ruin our skis. Diane did offer us a refund to locate other accommodations which we did at hotel directly on trail system. Diane did follow through with the refund and think she is a great host due to the ease of the transaction and complication. I would not hesitate to book again and offered some understanding to update the listing that it is not snowmobile friendly.

Effrem was a great host! He responded to any questions promptly and the place was perfect for our group. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a good bit of space and a nice, quiet place to relax in. Everything we needed was there!

Great place as a starting point for those working on wind farms in the region.
