A cozy house; despite its minimalist design, everything here is very conveniently located. I tried to make you feel at home, in a convenient location. There is a park, a parking space, video surveillance, a green terrace where you can have coffee and dry your clothes, as well as a smoking area, independent heating, a spacious bedroom, and you can also sleep in the living room – the sofa converts into a bed. Nearby there are markets, a calm area, the park is in 10-13 minutes walk.

A vintage cozy house next to the forest. There are fishing rods and a bicycle if you like to explore interesting locations near the house. Grill-Fireplace to cook meat and vegetables, or sit by the fire. You can swim in the pool. There is a workshop if you enjoy creative activities. The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.
