Beautiful house, great outdoor seating in different places of the garden/terraces, overall well equipped, above all, we appreciated the outdoor kitchen with a grill, where we could grill fresh sea treats from a nearby store, the cooking equipment was perfect, the owner did not bother us, and she provided us with information willingly and quickly. We can definitely recommend, the place is perfect

The accommodation was very pleasant, just a stone's throw from the sea. The beach is calm and the surroundings peaceful. The house has all the necessary amenities, is spacious and well-equipped. Contact with Lorenzo is quick and easy. The Aeolian Islands are close by, which is all to the good. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved the house and the garden. Spent most of the time on one of the three terraces depending on where the sun was. Waking up in the morning watching the sea from the upper balcony was great. Lots of space. The neighborhood is completely quiet and it takes 10min to Milazzo by car. The beach down the stairs was magnificent and we had it to ourselves. The divecenter is only 2 min away, Thank you for hosting us.

We rented the place to spend time with my husband's brothers and sisters-in-law near their ancestral village. The place was ideal for 4 couples and we were able to have dinner all together along with a fourth brother and sister-in-law, my daughter and nephews. We cooked some great meals there. Salvatore's mom Patrizia was a real life-saver when I came down with sinusitis and needed antibiotics - she directed me to the closest medical clinic and even scheduled x-rays and a follow up visit. Salvatore was there in a flash when my husband locked us out of the house. As for location, this place was a little off the beaten path but close enough to everything : the closest beach was a 5 minute drive down the hill, grocery store and great bakery less than 10 minutes by car and 20 minute drive to our new favourite ice cream place. It was great for day trips to Etna, Cefalu, Milazzo, Messina, Catania, Tindari, Palermo and everywhere in between. We had the choice of 3 train stations.

Everything is as described. Welcoming host. We received homemade local products....... amazing. In short: to be recommended.

The villa is very charming, an antique. It's super spacious and located few minutes drive from a lovely stretch of beach with crystal clear water, with few lidos to be found too. The host was very helpful and kind and gave us lots of tips of where to buy fresh fish, meat etc. Milazzo is a beautiful area for holiday on the beach (small pebbles). Thank you!

Villa Magnolia is simply beautiful. It has a "holiday" spirit with its kitchen and outdoor dining room. The whole house is tastefully decorated. Everything is clean. The bedding is of very good quality and the air conditioning allows a restful rest. It is located in a quiet place, but close to everything. We were very well received by Giampiero who answered all our requests. We will return with pleasure.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Gemma. Charming house, spacious, great outdoor area with very nice pool. We travelled with two teenagers and the house was perfect for us. We would like to especially give credit to our host Giovanni, who was very friendly, kept our pool clean every days and even collected fresh fruits and vegetables from his own the garden - a very personal and nice gesture! It is obvious that he takes care of the place, which made us all feel like home. A very relaxing holiday!

Our stay at Villa Gramati was perfect. The location was private but still in reach of local amenities and restaurants. The villa was spacious and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Martina was very helpful and responsive. I couldn’t fault our stay here, I 100% recommend. Thank you very much for having us!

our family spent the most unforgettable vacation in this house. Sebastian is one of the best hosts we have ever met! despite the delay of our flight, he personally met us and prepared food and even wine), we felt very welcome at home. The villa is located in a small quiet Sicilian city, in which everything you need for a great holiday within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets and small grocery stores are all nearby. and most importantly, the beach is right outside the gate of the house. In fact, the house is even brighter in life than in the photo, it is very clean, with excellent kitchen equipment like at home. we really enjoyed living in it and we can't wait to return. 😘

Our stay at Villa Cycas was such an incredible experience: between the property, the surrounding small village of Salice, the scenic views of Mount Stromboli in the distance, and most importantly Ottavio as our host. Ottavio was genuinely friendly and great to talk to throughout check-in as he gave us a detailed tour of the property. His private dinner option at the villa is definitely a must add on your bucket list. Both him and his wife Paola came to the villa and cooked an amazing dinner for my family and it was great getting to know both during that experience. The villa itself was clean and the surrounding property filled lush with meticulously placed foliage including an abundance of lemon, orange, and kumquat trees that Ottavio invited us to pick the fruit from. Our family absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor sauna along with the views of the Aeolian Islands in the distance. Thank you Ottavio for the memories our family made while at your family's villa!

The house located in a truly peaceful and relaxing place, with lemon trees and olive trees around; the house is very beautiful and lovely, with lovely flowers around the garden, and smell really good. Vanessa and her family are very kind and nice, provided us everything we need. It's easy to drive to so many nice restaurants nearby, and very close to several towns and cities. We had a wonderful week here!

My family had a wonderful stay at Tebaldo’s house. The scenery was unbelievable and the house was pristine. Tebaldo and his wife were readily available to help us throughout our stay. The pool and outdoor living space elevated our experience. We hope to return someday! Thank you!

The house is very bijou but has all you need. No need for anything larger as the grounds are where you will spend your time! With the lovely terrace overlooking the hills a perfect setting for your gin and tonic pre dinner drink; the covered dining area with sink, prep area and bbq is ideal; the swimming pool with its sun beds around the salt pool are complimented with the lovely zen area. Then there is the rest of the gardens to enjoy along with the pond all set in the mist amazing location. What really made this holiday special was Claudia’s attention to ensuring that guests have a great holiday. From the moment we booked (30 months ago!!) Claudia was there to rearrange due to covid restrictions; answer our queries before arrival; met us on our arrival with a lovely welcome pack and helped sort ou very promptly any queries either relating to the accommodation or with Italian translations for booking a train trip! It was most definitely worth the long wait and lived every minute. Thank you Claudia…a very special host! Xx

We had the pleasure to enjoy the villa dei sogni for almost two weeks. Like our first visit, it was again just breathtaking. The house, the pool and especially the view, absolutely amazing! See you next time, villa dei sogni!

We loved staying at Alessandra’s place and she was a great host with some amazing local recommendations for food. We loved the orange and lemon trees in the garden and the oranges made delicious juice for breakfast! The kids absolutely loved the pool (although it was a bit chilly for us adults in April!!) and we all loved the rural feel of the outdoor area, a great place to relax. We had a day trip to Taoramina from here and some delicious food just up the road at Castiglione di Sicilia. Highly recommend the property and Alessandra as a host, we couldn’t have asked for more.
