Outdoor area with swimming pool, barbecue, freezer, backyard with fruit trees. Hall with pool table and hammock. Neighborhood near the city center (10 min drive). Also near Lake Javari. There is a lake very close to the house (B. Retiro das Palmeiras), good for walking. Perfect place for leisure, rest or enjoy the city and its attractions. Tranquility, peace and coziness!
