It was a pleasure to stay at Walquiria's house. The property accommodated us very well. In addition, the location is very practical for those who like to walk. The house is very close to Rua Torta, with good restaurant options just a few minutes' drive away and easy access to the city center. The neighborhood is totally residential and we felt very safe. Our stay was very peaceful and Walquiria was attentive to our needs. We had an unforeseen event before our arrival and she was very understanding. That made a big difference. It is worth mentioning that she was always very cordial and full of empathy. We missed having top sheets, as they only had the elastic ones that serve to cover the mattresses. It's worth rethinking the provision of bath towels. But we knew this wasn't included. Another detail is that on sunny days the house really house gets very hot, even with the windows and doors open. Regardless, our stay was wonderful.

The home is breathtaking, super equipped and comfortable. The rooms are amazing, wonderful beds and bathroom, leaving absolutely nothing to be desired when compared to a hotel. The Altino and Tatiana employees are wonderful professionals and always available throughout the stay. Ideal place to go in family, or couple. The lake is a delight, idem for the jacuzzi area where we made a barbecue with all the necessary infrastructure. The only sensitive point is to deal with the lack of light in the area. Of the 5 nights we spent, in 3 there was a power outage. Sometimes it was only a brief fall, and others that lasted much longer. Although Altino has given the support turning on the generator, it is a little distressing to be without communication and in total pitch even for 20 minutes. The contact with the host was excellent. Pontual and certeiro, check in and checkout without problems as well. We had a memorable carnival!

The house was impeccable in terms of tidiness, cleanliness and appliances working. The location is very good, just 2, 3 minutes from downtown Miguel Pereira. The owner Yasmim, like her spouse, were super nice, attentive in every way. The recommendation remains!!

Our stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, very spacious and extremely complete, with everything we needed – from comfortable bedding to well-equipped kitchen utensils. The fact that it was a little more isolated from the city was a great differential, as it provided a peaceful and perfect environment to rest. It is ideal for family moments, offering comfort, privacy and a cozy space. I highly recommend!

William and his mother are very kind, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and activities to do in the area. The place is on high ground, but it's very close to the tourist attractions. For those who do not go by car, as was my case, I suggest using 99, which is widely accepted in the region and the rides are very cheap.

We loved Lindalva's space, it's exactly as described in the listing and as in the photos. Everything was clean and organized, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Lindalva gave us precise directions and it was very easy. The house is very well located. We were able to use the pool and relax in the late afternoon. Lindalva was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!
