A fully equipped kitchen, where in addition to the gas hob you will find an old fuel kitchen, the so-called English kitchen, if someone wanted to bake bread on their own, and more.

Hof Sandsee is located in the Puszcza Notecka forest area. Pine forests alternate here with the floodplains of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest paths invite you to hike, ride, cycle and ride in carriages. For mushroom and blueberry pickers, it is a true paradise. On the Sandsee farm, riding therapy on inland horses is offered. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. The guest house offers you absolute peace and quiet in a fantastic environment.

This extremely charming place has been attracting people for thousands of years who willingly settled here taking advantage of the nearby lake, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistory during the construction of the resort. With us you will rest and experience beautiful moments.

Całość klimatyzowana. Na piętrze 3 sypialnie plus druga łazienka. Oraz atrakcyjna antresola z siatką do leżenia pod przeszklonym dachem. Na zewnątrz taras z drewna modrzewiowego o powierzchni 40m². Do plaży 150 m. Plaża z atrakcjami dla dzieci, sprzętem pływającym, nowo oddaną luksusową restauracją.

A separate apartment is available on the 2nd floor of the house. The house is located in the center of Sieraków, located on the edge of the Noteć Forest. Jaroszewskie Lake is located 3 km from the city. Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two railway cars to the middle of the forest - the Noteć Forest. We named them Turkus and Magenta. Turkus was created in 1939. Since 1984, it has served as a technical wagon and until 2022 it ran on tracks. Magenta was created in 1972 and also ran as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted them into unusual, rare accommodation. We kept the arched ceilings, surrounded the steel skeleton with wood and added new colors.

Red House

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.
